After they hugged each other for a few seconds, Barry broke the hug. He looked at the two of them seriously.
"Now, you two should hide. I-"
"We can't hide anywhere, Barry," Linda said, cutting off her son.
Barry also realized that what his mother said was true. Their only place to hide was now destroyed. What they can do now is fight for survival.
"You have to go back and help the others. I saw Elaine and your friends fighting the monsters that came to break through the north wall!" Lyn looked at him in a serious tone.
"What?"
Barry was dumbfounded. He didn't even realize that Elaine and the others must be having trouble fighting this amount of monsters. His mind was too focused on looking for the two of them.
Barry looked back. He couldn't see Elaine behind the waves of monsters.
"Go help them. We will be fine," Linda said.
