cynthia and brian had been dating for 2 years now ,but cynthia did not actually know what she wanted she was doing still in this relationship because it was obvious that Brian was not planning on marriage anytime soon.

could it be that she had grown out of love .

she was really avoiding seeing him this days since since she really did not know how to end things with him without breaking hos heart.

"when a relationship is becoming unbearable and you no longer enjoy it .it becomes toxic and toxic things are poisonous ,abd poisonous things kill people." that was what cynthia used to say and now she was in an unbearable relationship to her.

it is not like Brian was a bad guy for her.No ! far from that cynthia wanted a 6months dating and getting married and start getting children ,but she was still dating for 2 years ,she was really bored to death with that.

Cynthia was still working when her phone rang she looked at it and it was her best friend Anna.

"Anna what up it has been long since we spoke,how have you been? how about we hook up and have some coffee? don't tell me you are so busy not to have a cup of coffee with your best friend? or did you replace me with another friend?"cynthia spoke all at once .she was really talkative and was ready to express whatever was going on in her mind with anybody except for Brian her boyfriend who she never expressed anything and just stayed calm.

According to Brian Cynthia was humble and kind and very quiet which was very vise verser of cynthia for those who really knew her they knew the opposite.

"geez,Cynthia do you know you have finished 20,000 words right now in just 1 minute,someone really missed me?Anna said laughing .

Anna had been cynthia's bestfriend ever since they were in middle school when Cynthia moved in to the city .

"are you kidding me ? it has been forever from the last time that i saw you and i have alot that i want to tell you and you know i also have a surprise for you my friend" she said giggling.

"fine meet me at our usual spot at 7 pm and today you are paying for all todays drink and we are not leaving without you getting drunk today."Anna said .

Cynthia was known for high consumption of alcohol without getting drunk and she would end up dropping all her friends to their places while she was really intact .The truth of the matter was that she was never taking the alcohol and would only talk through out the night and end up taking them home ."who will drive who if we get drunk all of us" she always thought to herself.

she checked at the time and it was almost her time to leave the office.

"darling lets talk later then so i can go and freshen up"cynthia said and they bid farewell and cynthia took her bag .as she was heading out she saw Joyce another friend of hers.They have been friends since Cynthia started working in this company.

"cynthia hope in and get a ride am going to meet my boyfriend and its the same route as yours so am more than glad to be your driver" joyce said smiling

cynthia hoped in and they went talking and chatting all the way home.cynthia reached her place and got out saying good bye.

she got to her house and went straight to the bathroom and had her bath .she was humming her favorite song .she went to the closet and put on a pair of shorts and a pink crop top.

she hoped inside her bed to have a short nap.she had closed her eyes when she remembered something and got up looked at her calender and the phone notification.

"Jesus Christ! how could i forget such an important issue like this .Brian might be very angry with me for forgetting his birthday." she picked her bag and worked out she locked her door and started going forward that was when she remembered what she was wearing.

Apart from the official wear that she used to wear while going to work which was also mens wear Cynthia was known as a tom boy.she wore mens clothes and never was seen in ladies attire.

she saw a boutique and she entered so she could look for a clothe to put on ,she was never going to Brian wearing that .

Alex was in the boutique looking for something to buy.He saw a beautiful girl entering the boutique the short showed the long fair legs and the crop top showed the cleavage and her tiny waist was exposed.He saw her hed to the mens wear and put on a huge hood and put on some trousers and also she did put her hair in a bun and put on a marving changing her looks to that of a guy.

Alex's face frowned ."why did she hide her beauty in such huge clothes is she hiding from some one." such beauty i would protect with my life " he continued licking his lips.

He waved to his assistant who followed him every where he went.on coming closer,Alex said." put her bill on my tub" "and also i want information on who she is."

"yes sir." marco said and went to inform the cashier.

cynthia went to the store where there were wrist watches and bought for Brian a wrist watch as a birthday gift.

as she headed to the counter to pay for the items she had bought .

"mam the items are already paid for."the cashier said .

"who paid for my bill i don't remember asking anyone to pay for my bill.wait how did that person know what i wanted to buy? Cynthia asked.

"i am the one who paid ,mam ,you today is my birthday so i am treating anybody i see around"Alex explained.

"you sure do have alot of money Mr ,anyway happy birthday ,you share your birthday with my boyfriend how awesome"
