The Gyan
In a dimly lit room, a man with long blonde hair and a young lady with long black hair sat as their focus was entirely on the chessboard.
The man rubbed his chin and played his move. He smiled and said, "You are going to lose again, Rubina."
The young lady named Rubina didn't respond and simply played her move. She then nodded and said, "I don't think so, Lord Damien."
Damien smirked and played another move, saying, "Check!"
"Damn it! How?" Rubina whispered under her breath, looking at the chessboard.
It was at that moment that the room's door swung open, and a middle-aged man walked in.
Damien turned towards him and smiled, "Yo, old man, what brought you here?"
The middle-aged came forward and knelt on his knees before Damien, "I greet Lord Damien."
"Don't worry about formalities," Damien chuckled and said as he waved his hand. He then turned towards Rubina and said, "Aren't you curious about his arrival?"
