Finally At Jordi City
Lex rested his hand on his palm and looked at the Jordi City from the window. It was very small from such a distance, but the giant walls were clear, standing mighty like a shield to protect humanity against everything.
Lex turned to the other side, but the other window was far away, so he couldn't see anything. However, he did catch a glimpse of a dense forest.
"Students! Be ready for the Crushing," came the announcement.
Hearing the word "Crushing," everyone tensed up and forgot about their conversations. They sat in their seats, fastened their seat belts, and took deep breaths.
Lex shook his head and also tied his seat belt. Others did the same, as this was going to be the descent phase, which was equally terrifying as the ascent phase.
