Chapter 6

I think I can use the energy to give my self vocal cords that allow me to pronounce the words, but for that I have to first eat those dead people on the ground. But if I just begin eating them before her she most likely wont answer my questions later.

The solution? Abruptly turning my head to the side and focus my eyes. This action made the woman look in the direction where I turned my head and I am able to slap my tail on the side of her head. Now she lays unconscious on the ground, I change my focus to the ten corpses and start with the feast.

Im once again surprised at how easy it is for me to eat ten adult humans without taking break between. Finishing the last one and wait a moment for him to change to energy, I concentrate on my mountain of energy that I got from this meal.

I use a small part of the energy to create the vocal cords just enough to speak some raspy words. Next is my size, I planed to increase it once more but then I wont fit trough the ventilation system any more. I have two options. Option one, to change my body shape so that I can better slip trough narrow places, and option two, to forget the ventilation system and go trough the corridors.

The corridors are a to big risk so my decision is option one. I instantly go to work and willed the energy to change my body to a more agile and nimble form while also maximizing the size. The burning pain washes over me and my body begins to change.

My new body is long and sleek, has a length of 120cm/1,2m without tail and 250cm/2,5m with tail,my height is 65-70cm without my head up.

I sill have lots of energy left so I split it in three equally big amounts and use one for upgrading my bones and muscles, another for my antennas and the last goes to my three hearts.

A new wave of pain comes over me and it feels like my guts got changed to liquid metal. Once the pain is gone, I test out my new body a little which contains hoping from the floor to the roof and from the roof to the walls while using the antennas the whole time.

After the parkour I concentrate on my three hearts to fiend out what has changed there. My earthen heart is now pumping a slightly metallic liquid trough my veins that leaves a thin layer of metal on every part of my body it passes. My fire heart is now also replacing any form of liquid with the blazing blood like flame liquid. My normal heart is doing its work five times better than before and the amount of time to stop a bleeding is many times faster than before.

Finished with the upgrades I try to speak the words for my question out a loud. My voice sounds like a person that smoked from his very first breath to his last and never stopped in between. Seven tries did I need to formulate the question correctly enough to be understood.

Time to wake up the sleeping beauty. I take bottle of water from the floor and let the water splash on her face, this woke her up with a short scream. Once she was fully awake she is still once again while slowly searching for the lamp, once she found it she aimed it again on my face and turned it on.

She looks even more shocked than the times before as she stares at my new form that is looking at her with an amused look int the eyes. I then began to slowly ask her after the exit.

,,Where~ is~ the~ exit~?,, I ask her in my deep and raspy voice that sounds very creepy and my appearance didn't help.

The woman look like she is going to wet her self and then pass out. Im surprised that she didn't just screams and then falls unconscious because I wouldn't even blame if she did I admit that Im creepy as fuck.

I wait patently for her to calm down enough to come out of her shock and think over what I just said. After around ten minutes she begins to speak with a stuttering voice.

,,T..the...ex..xit..is...is..down..the...corridor to t..the left and the up the elevator to to the E-1 floor.,, She says with clearer voice in the end.

This wont do. I have to ask another question.

,,Are~ there~ any~ maps~ near~?,, If I can get a map it would make things easier by a lot.

The woman once again shocked recovered faster this time and answers my question with a fast nod and points at the blocked door.

,,In the cafeteria is a map of the the floors from E-1 to E-5 and the base above ground.,,She says clearly this time, but there is still this look of fear in her eyes and she shivers every time she look me in the eyes.
