"You can't do it." They all said, glaring down at her. "Why? I want to write a book." She said, wilting under their cold stares. "Just look at how you've fallen. How are you even going to write a book? This is all your fault." they chorused. Indeed, Seanae was sprawled on the icy cobblestones. Her scraped knees were bleeding waves of crimson. "B-but you're the ones who pushed me." She whimpered. Suddenly, they all went dead quiet. Seanae looked down, embarrassed. "You can't do it." They repeated. "You can't even pick yourself up." But she did. Slowly, she dusted off her knees and limped into a standing position. "You're wrong. I can do it, and I will," she told them. And with that, "English Rose" was published. ~~~~ Pls help dis rando author ;-; I have dirt bank account and dirt writing skills but gold imagination ~~~~ Please give me viewssssss art release every 5k *read till at least the second chapter before you decide to ditch it pls* - EVERY WEEKDAY (daily updates monday-friday and maybe on the weekends too?) I AM THE AUTHOR

CHAPTER THIRTY

I dashed down the rug, my shoes in my hand. Levi was right behind me. "So. You can tell me everything you know… but not how you know, or even who you were before you met me?" Levi asked, between breaths, and I nodded. Not yet, anyway. When the time comes. Which will hopefully be never. "Hey, wait - should we go watch Zal dance? I'm kinda curious." I said. Cordelia and Zal had danced a lot in the original ship, and it was one of the most famous fanart references. Both Cordelia and Zal (Zal was always busy with studying and classes, so he learned basic etiquette but never dancing) didnt know how to dance (they bumbled their way through it, lol) so it was a symbol of how they accepted each other. Sappy, I know, but I also never told you to read this paragraph of context.

"It's a shame I won't get to see it," I muttered to myself, and Levi held out a hand. Stop. I skidded to a stop, and Levi wordlessly pointed to an open window - from which classical music was spilling. I peeked in and instantly regretted it. Curiosity killed the cat? More like curiosity killed my eyeballs. I was not ready for that.

The crown princess was staring sappily at Zal while he looked sappily constipated. They were twirling delicately in circles. "Oh my god. It's like a soap opera. My eyes!" I said, in amazement, shielding my eyes with my fingers but still peeking through the gaps. "You… Wanted to see… this?" Levi asked, and I groaned. Not this! I wanted to see dancing! Zal looks like he's not going to be able to use the bathroom for weeks, with that face of pure disgust he's making!

"Awh man. This isn't what I wanted to see… I came here for the ships!" I said, dejected. "What's a ship?" Levi asked, and I tapped my head. "It's a pairing of two people that isn't supported by the book, but rather the fans," I said, smiling. And then that instantly melted into a frown, because the abomination in front of me wasn't a ship - it was outright chid marriage. And worse, it was my fault.

"Bog, can you ever forgive me…?" I muttered, dejectedly watching the two people spin. in circles and circles. There was elegance in it, as long as you couldn't see their faces. "Why do you want to see dancing so bad?" Levi asked, and I opened my mouth. "Uhm - Not dancing. Dancing is just trailing in circles. Nope, I wanna see the people dancing, if that makes sense. Anyway, this was a failure. We should just go back, right?" I said, standing up and rubbing my eyes. Oh, failure was an understatement. I think that if any Zaldelia fans saw what was inside that window, they'd probably puke, cry, or start throwing the nearest nearby objects. Indeed, my fingers were twitching to grab a few rocks too.
