I'm the sister in the sequel

When I was 16, I came across a book that I became obsessed with reading almost every day. I was excited and anxious when I heard that the writer was in the process of writing the sequel. When it did come out, I read both repeatedly because I loved them, just like when I first read them. Dragons, magic, demons, and war romance are all you would want from a fantasy novel. When I got an opportunity to go to a book signing, I jumped with joy to get my favorite author's autograph. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me that I worked extra hours even though I was still in school to save up and go. It wasn't long after I was on cloud nine with joy, but for some reason, I started coughing and couldn't stop even when the red liquid came out of my mouth as I coughed. I don't remember much after that. Most likely, I died due to something unknown.

Heal and family

"How are you doing, young one?"

"Miss Kaname, I'm doing alright."

"Still have limited movement on your right side?"

My arm is covered in scarring, and I can now almost entirely move my arm, although it does cause some pain.

"It still hurts when I move my arm, but I can handle it."

"Of course, you can say that, but I will still use healing magic on you."

She sat down next to me, and a magic circle formed around her hands as she held her hands above my arm.

"kono aware na tamashii wa kono shou kara iyashi te kudasai .watashi no mana wa watashi no tai wotoshite tsukai , anata no iyashi no hikari wa atae te kudasai , iyashi no megami ara"

(Heal this poor soul of this injury. Use my mana through my body and grant your healing light, Goddess of healing Aala)

Hearing her chant, I knew precisely what she was saying. Although I still don't understand how.

"Miss Kaname, I was wondering if it is expected to understand what you say when chanting?"

"Might I ask what you mean?"

"Well, to me, you're chanting; although I know it is in another language, I know what you said word for word."

"Hmm It seems you might have talent for using magic."

"I'm sorry I don't understand?"

"Well with your ability to understand the chant that means that you have talent for spells. If you want I can be a reference and you could attend the royal magic acadame in the capital."

The royal magic acadame hosts the teaching of their students from any age between 10-23 they even hire the students that they teach after graduation depending on their grades to become professors at the acadame. Any students that have attended can gain pivitol roles to Socioty.

Once graduated from the acadame one will automatically be rushed with job offers depending on the results of ones graduation. each class ranks you on specialty and if you tell the school of future jobs your interested in the jobs will offer jobs to those they think most suited their work needs. The royal magic acadame teaches everyone no matter the status of the person from royals to commoners even people who are freed slaves.

No matter nationality or origin this place has equil opportunity. Although there is one downside to this the academy has requrements to enter and learn there. First you have to have some skill or talent in arias they teach so you have to be reconized as a talent for the future. Second you have to pass an exam although it is not difficult matiral but it is at a level they requre all students to be at before education can start. They do have exemtionfs for this though. If you are part of nobility you will attend the acadame in the first place. Then recomendation from a prior student. Think of a recomendation like a scholorship that lets you attend the school free of charge. Most students that have graduated thanks to the success of their carreers they donate money to the school in exchange they can provide a better education for the students that they teach so if a student is recomended by the prior student gets preferential treatment by being able to stay in the dorms for free with the other students. Even those who flunked or dropped out of the school can still get decent jobs.

"You wait you were a student at the royal academe?"

"I did attend and graduate my class."

"Wait I thought that you can only recomend one student during your lifetime."

"That is correct but my kids have no talent like yours and I wanted them to succeed in life with their own hard work so that they would be successful adults in the future."

"So you plan on recomending me because I have talent?"

"And your not family. I want my family to be self suficent. But i also think that you also deserve a chance for your future with the loss of your home and family."

I don't understand her reasoning for this but I sigh softly.

"thank you"
