Chapter 16: Fighting The Phantom Troupe and killing a member

"Are you going to attack me one-on-one or come together?" said Geno.

"You.." Nobinaga's face went red with embarrassment. He was preparing to attack Geno when his friend Uvogin jumped towards Geno attacking him with his fist. The aura around him turned red and his muscles hardened like a rook.

Geno stayed calm. when the attacked reached him, it passed through his body like he was not there.

"Is that all you have got?? If it is, then I am disappointed." Mocked Geno.

The rest of the troupe was shocked. They knew Uvogin is the strongest when it came to physical attacks and he didn't manage to touch Geno. Their leader, the one with the cross on his forehead, had a worried look on his face. He heard Geno address the man beside him as his grandfather so he might be even stronger than Geno.

Uvogin continued to attack Geno and used his Nen ability 'Big Bang Impact' and explosion after the explosion was heard. The ground underneath them trembled but Geno was standing there looking at Uvogin as if he was an idiot.

Chrollo seeing this tried to call Uvogin back but it was too late. Geno then disappeared from everyone's sight. And then a tip of a sword attacked Uvogim from the back. It was covered by Geno's Nen. He used Shu and Ko at the same time.

"Arghhhhhh" screamed Uvogin as a two deep cuts appeared on his back. He tried to hold his ground, he turned around trying to kick Geno but Geno was nowhere to be seen.

Suddenly, different sword slashes attacked Uvogin at the same time. Uvogin tried to bury the attacks by using Ken. He managed to offset some but two deep slashes found his legs and made him drop to his knees.

Before anyone could register what had happened, Geno appeared above Uvogin and held his head then knocked it on the ground with all his might. Uvogin caught off guard, couldn't do anything while Geno put his leg at the back of his head and restrained him with ease.

"well, that was disappointing. I thought I would have a good fight." Sighed Geno. He then looked at the rest and told them " what about you?? Are you going to make your move or not??"

Nobunaga seeing his friend under Geno's leg attacked with his sword without thinking. Chrollo seeing this, knew if he wanted to save Uvogin, they all had to attack together.

Signaling everyone to follow him, Chrollo used his ability 'skill hunter' and open his book and used a stolen ability 'teleportation' and teleported behind Geno and attacked him while Franklin used his ability 'double machine gun and targeted Geno.

Geno seeing this, smirked and let all the attacks pass through him while preventing anyone from touching his projection for more than a second.

Machi used her threads and Pakunda attacked with her conjured pistol but Geno still stood and smirked.

Seeing this, all the spiders took a few steps back while Nobunaga pulled Uvogin's body with him. Uvogin was injured but not dead. Only one member stayed and looked at Geno with a smirk.

"Omokage, stay back. He is dangerous and the man next to him has at least the same power if not powerful." Warned Chrollo while looking at Omokage with displeasure.

"Huh, I want to dig his eyes. He will make the perfect doll." Replied the man with a crazed look on his face.

Suddenly, A doll near Geno started to shine, and then a figure with red hair and red eyes and childish nature appeared in front of his eyes.

"Hello, cutie pie. How have you been in the past few months?" the figure that appeared completely resembled his aunt Lola and had her memories and aura.

Geno and Leonard's eyes widened with shock. They knew that Lola was at the family mansion so how was she there. Geno thought for a moment before he was enraged.

"How dare you?" said Geno with an enraged look on his face. Suddenly, his aa change, his eyes turned gold, and his hair became pure silver.

Geno's En enveloped the whole area and broke through the one hundred meters mark. Suddenly, the doll that looked like Lola turned into Nen and then absorbed by Geno. Every member tried to use their Nen but the more they use the more it got absorbed. They even felt their life being taken from them. Even, his grandfather Leonard felt the same.

Geno, then, jumped near Omokage and attacked him with his fists. Omokage wanted to master some aura to protect himself but couldn't and could only defend with his body.

After creating this ability, Geno knew his body's power and sword arts are the deciding factors so he concentrated on them the past two months.

After his fist landed on Omokage's arm, a cracking sound was heard. Everyone looked with shock at Omokage's arm that was broken and the arms bones appeared. Geno kept pummeling Omokage and used his ability to the max on him till he soaked his Nen dry and concentrated his En on him to absorb his life forcefully.

After some minutes, Omokage turned old, and his hair was all white. He kept getting aged till he was about to die. Geno then used his ability, Black Hole, second Mode, thief, and his En enveloped Omokage. Seconds later, a magical wheel appeared in front of everyone and span. When it stopped, a doll image left Omokage's body and entered the Black Hole.

Geno, then, used his sword and thrust it in Omokage's throat. Geno looked at the rest of the group and when he was found to attack them, a noise from the bushes nearby was heard. When Geno and Leonard's gaze fell on the bushes, they saw a blonde kid looking at the corpses of the Kurta clan with a soulless look on his face. He was humming with anger and his eyes turned scarlet red.

The rest of the spider took the chance and slid away with the eyes from the Kurta clan. Kurapika saw them with his scarlet red eyes and tried to shout but no words came out. It seemed like his mind couldn't take it anymore and lost his conscience.
