Start Of The Hunter Exams

It was a fine day. The sun was bright and the sky was clear.

It was normal quiet morning, well for almost all of us.

"Gon wake up!" Gen said.

"Do you remember what day today is?" Gen asked.

"Yeah. It is the day the ship comes and takes us to the Hunter Exams." Gon answered.

"Then why aren't you up yet." Gen said.

"Its only 4 am right now." Gon said.

"Have you prepared?" Gen said.

"Uhm." Gon said.

"So you didn't prepare. I knew it." Gen cursed.

"Start packing. In four hours the ship will go." Gen said.

"Osu!" Gon said.

Gon started packing his necessary items and clothes.

"So do you bring any weapons with you." Gen asked dumbfounded.

"I have my fishing rod." Gon said confused.

"Baka!" Gen yelled.

"You should at least take one knife with you." Gen instructed.

"Okay okay." Gon said.

'Huoh. Gon wasn't ruined by intelligence.' Gen thought.

'I should look at my stats'

"Yattaah. We are finally going to the exams." Gon said.

"Yep. That is kinda cool." Gen said.

"I will go look at the mast." Gon said.

¤Sniff Sniff¤

"Gen!" Gon yelled.

"What." Gen answered.

"I smell that there will be a big storm ahead." Gon said.

"Yeah I smelled it too." Gen said.

"We should go in and tell the captain." Gon said.

"Go ahead I will go in a while." Gen answered.

'Now I'm alone.'

'I will check some others stats.'

After checking couple others Gen realized that his and Gon's potentials were truly amazing.

Most humans whose potentials Gen checked were maximum of 200-1000.

Gen started to realize how amazing of a potential he and Gon has.

This was only the beginning of a great adventure.

Gen then walked to the cabin where Gon was.

"Did you tell them about the storm?" Gen asked.

"Mm." Gon answered.

"They said just let them handle it." Gon said.

"Okay." Gen said.

"Huh the waves are decreasing now." Gon said.

"Yeah I think it was just a little storm." Gen said.

"I hope we can get to the Hunter Exams soon!" Gon said.

"Yeah." Gen said.
