Day in and day out, Arthur kept on going over and over this technique making sure that he got everything perfect. In terms of comprehension, he has already embodied the technique 4/10th compared to Ken. Although this is the case, Arthur still cannot exhibit this 4/10th of his comprehension because of the limitation of his body.
With Ken's original 30,000 body strength, Arthur only had but a fragment of Ken's prime since he only had a body strength of 350. With an idea, Arthur rushed to a place surrounded by rocks and he took two heavy rocks and shaped them to look like dumbbells and worked out.
"It seems like knowledge from my previous world helped me this time!"

Joseph returned to the Adventurer's Guild: Bronze to report to Rebecca. He told her everything that happened about Rob's research.
Rebecca stuttered as she tried to speak, "This... This is bad! We need to get that research back otherwise that monster will be set free!" Fear could be seen from her reaction and from hearing what happened towards Rob's research. The surrounding people looked at Rebecca shaking from fear.
"What happened, Rebecca?" An older receptionist asked with worry.
"Oh! Its... about a new member being lost in the mountains and I am just fearing his safety!" Rebecca thought of a valid excuse about her reaction. It worked, her excuse now set worry towards that 'new member.'
Joseph just nodded at Rebecca then left. This motion left a deep impression towards Joseph since they thought that he will save that lost member. In reality, he just went back to Rob's store to find some clues about the theft of his research then go to his friend, Jerald.
On the way, Joseph thought of what will happen when Rob's research was used in the way he thought it was going to be used. Rob's research about removing the slave seals on the 5 girls can't just do that, it could also remove any kind of seal. What Joseph and Rebecca were worried about was the latter effect.
Having returned to Rob's store to investigate, he found absolutely nothing that could help him find the culprit, This meant that the person who had stolen Rob's research was a professional. "Why did it have to be him?" Joseph sighed melancholically.
After that Joseph went to his friend's house. His friend, Jerald, lived in the slums but this didn't bother him. On the way, there were a lot of homeless people and fights were a common sight to see.
Upon arriving at his friend's place, Joseph knocked on the door but there was no response. He knocked again but once again there was not a single response. Joseph sighed as he opened the door and saw his friend passed out drinking. With a slap on Jerald's face, he woke up.
"Ei! What are you-- Ugh, Joseph? Is that you? HAHAHA! It really is you! C'mon tell me how you escaped from the royals! Tell me, how many did you kill? I'm interested in the details! HAHAHAHA" As Jerald kept on speaking he also kept on drinking.
Jerald had an appearance of a middle-aged man but he actually was at King Rank. He had shaggy hair and a thick beard to go along with it. He had terrible hygiene and torn clothes. His relationship with Joseph was 'friends' according to him but it was at most acquaintances.
"Well, I went to the Colosseum of Guilt and I killed around 16 people there. Now tell me, Jerald. Who ordered you to take Rob's research?" Joseph went straight to the point trying to not waste as much time as possible.
"Hmph! HHAHAHAHA! Man, the Colosseum of Guilt? Tsk, just 16 people? Man, this was a disappointment! If I recall it was called 10 Silver! " Jerald smirked with a hand raised out.
"So who was it?" Joseph handed out 10 Silver Coins. This was an extremely high amount! Note that Arthur only got 1 Silver Coin or 100 Iron Coins after sparing Mia as compensation.
Joseph already had a plan regarding the theft of Rob's research. There are multiple assassins and thieves from the Hidden Bandit Guild and Silent Assassins Guild that could potentially steal Rob's research from under their noses. Regardless of how skilled they were, Joseph was even better! He knew how to look for clues, examine everything and have an extremely good instinct regarding everything.
When he saw that there were no clues at all it could only mean one thing. His friend, Jerald, was a thief/ assassin for hire and his price was extraordinary that could even make kingdoms bankrupt.
Being a King Ranker, Jerald was so skilled and talented that he even got to this point all by himself and had such a wide set of techniques that made it so that if he didn't want to get caught, it would be impossible for anyone to catch him.
"Hey... for what its worth I am sorry! You know that times are hard nowadays right? Anyways this person is named... who was it again... uh, it starts with the letter D and ends with A. Its uh..." Jerald kept on snapping his fingers as he tried to recall who it was who ordered him to steal Rob's research.
When Joseph heard Jerald's words, he immediately knew who it was, "Donna, Donna Ivy. The guild master of the Hidden Bandit Guild, this is bad... if she is going to use that the way I think she is going to use it, then we would rather have a higher chance of living by fighting Great Sage Rankers than to participate in this war." This war was going to be a lot harder to live through than he thought.

Arthur kept on trying out Whispering Wisp Movement and he now could show half of the skill's full potential. With each try, he kept on getting faster and faster, the rate at which he was developing was faster compared to everyone in the kingdom of Rhast.
With each strike, he integrated Joseph's way of striking where he would exchange power for speed. With this technique, he was getting closer and closer to perfecting the technique.
Joseph's father, Ken, was watching Arthur's progress but he was not shocked one bit. He already estimated that Arthur could learn the technique in 2 weeks. He gave Arthur a week because he wanted to see if the youth could surprise him.
While Arthur was getting close to 60% of the skill's proficiency, Ken out of nowhere appeared in front of him. He knew exactly what this meant, it meant that he should try out his technique on Ken instead of a dummy.
With a simple motion, Arthur disappeared and appeared behind Ken striking him exchanging power for speed. Ken simply dodged without much effort to the side. That figure turned into 2 then once again struck Ken but failed. The 2 figures turned to 4 then to 6 but each time he failed.
Although 6 figures were already enough to kill a normal person 12 times with Arthur's strength, it was still nothing in front of Ken.
The 6 figures became 8 then became 10, Arthur was already expending more energy than he had ever before using this technique. Note that although 10 figures were frightening only 1 was the real body.
This didn't mean that the other figures didn't do damage is it just that the figures as of this moment only had 10% of Arthur's strength so it only had a body strength of 35.
With a motion of Ken's hand, all the figures and illusions Arthur made were gone in an instant as if they didn't appear in the first place.
Arthur could no longer stand as he went all out, he collapsed on the ground looking blankly at the sky.
"Not bad, you managed to make 10 figures! You have already achieved around 70% of the skill's potential." With a smile on Ken's face, he left and once again simply observed Arthur.
From the looks of it, Arthur could no longer stand and he would just doze off to get rid of the fatigue. This, however, was not the case, Arthur didn't actually expend his entire energy rather he saved a bit by not doing unnecessary movements.
Although the energy expended in doing unnecessary movements, over time they would pile up and would also limit the movements of the person.
Arthur stood up doing simple stretches and just stood still. He finally understood the true purpose of this technique. It was not just to simply confuse the enemy rather it was to practice the body to be fast and to improve one's reflexes.
This time, Arthur did not try to do technique once again but he simply got a few small pieces of rock and threw it in the air. He now used his own strength without the any techniques to get every single rock.
This would improve his reflexes and speed to get a better grasp on the Whispering Wisp Movement Technique.
