Chapter 2

 (3rd person pov)

As the chaos subsided, the Hulk emerged, looming large over the city with his commanding presence. His massive muscles showcased his incredible strength, while his fierce stare emanated a potent and daunting energy.

The citizens of Metropolis, who were used to interacting with superhuman entities, stopped in amazement when they observed this remarkable display.

The Hulk stood in the bustling city, taking in the cacophony of urban life. The scent of exhaust and the din of traffic filled his senses, overwhelming him. The honking of horns, the lively chatter of passersby, and the relentless hum of machinery assaulted his ears, causing him great discomfort.

In response, he unleashed a deafening roar, a roar so powerful that the banged-up cars, the ones that were destroyed by his landing, flew away like the leaf in the wind.

A red 1967 Ford Mustang found itself right into a small flower shop.

Another car finds itself about 20 feet from its original position. Within it is a man who is bleeding from the head, unconscious from the head trauma. 

Many more pedestrians suffered from the hulk roar

Some even are bleeding from the ears. Their earbuds destroyed

After the hulks scream, he looks around, only to see destruction around him

Then he sees something 

I see a little girl on the ground, kneeling and crying. She's clutching a small brown teddy bear, holding it tightly as if her life depends on it. Her other arm covers her eyes.

"WHERE'S MY MOMMY!!!!" she cries out loud, crying even harder

Then the Hulk looks up at a car, a minivan to be precise, becoming looser from the building that was stuck in

Then a second later, the minivan started to fall above her 

The Hulk, by instinct, jumps towards her

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

The crater that he was in deepened further

A shockwave went around the city streets

The thunderous boom of his leap echoed throughout the entire city, reaching even the far-flung suburban areas on the outskirts of Metropolis.

A millisecond later, he was standing above the girl, casting a shadow above the girl.

As the young girl looked up, she saw him standing over her, his towering arm enveloping her protectively. His other arm extended towards the sky, as if ready to intercept something in midair. It felt like a moment frozen in time, hinting at future events yet to unfold.

then 2 seconds later

With astounding strength, the Hulk effortlessly caught the minivan with one hand, while using the other to hold onto the girl. 

After a quick pause, he took the object in his hand and looked at the girl with a mysterious expression on his face.. 

 (1st person POV)

 (The Hulk)

I looked at the girl for a couple of seconds 

I was confused about why I acted so quickly to save her 

As she gazed up at me, I noticed tear stains on her cheeks, and a strong urge to wipe them away washed over me. I reached out my hand, but she flinched, pulling her head back in surprise. 

'She shacking, why is she shacking' I muttered in my mind

A second later 

"Hulk will not hurt you" I said 

It seemed my low and rough voice seemed to calm her down

She hesitates to speak, but then she did 

"What is your name mister" she whispers 

I looked at her for a second

"Hulk" I said

She looked at me, then broke into giggles

"What a funny name" she started laughing 

I looked at her laughing 

then this warm nice feeling started to spread in my chest. 

'What is happening to me' I said in my mind

this feeling...

I want more of it 

then she stops laughing, she looks at me, I look at her 

she starts to shake, only a little. Her face scrunched up, tears started to come down her face 

She then put her head on my shoulder, crying, and started to hug me tight

"It w-w-w-was so scary *hic* *hic* Thank you f-f-for saving me" She cries loudly

"No problem kid" I said, putting my hand on her back

"no problem" I muttered 

Then

*BOOOOM*

An impact from behind me

I turn around to see a man who is tall and muscular, with a blue bodysuit with a red and yellow "S" shield emblem on his chest, He sports a long red cape that flows behind him, He has a handsome, chiseled face with a strong jawline.

Both of his eyes were red

It was Superman

"Who are you!" He shouts 

I set the girl down, then looked straight at him

"The Hulk" I said in anger that rose by the millisecond
