On the day of the party, Arthur especially had the house-elf prepare a table full of delicious food and plenty of drinks and desserts.
Fred and George had also asked Lee to buy some alcohol for the weekend. Lee wanted to go to the party, but he couldn't finish his report in time, so he had to skip out.
At night, everyone quietly gathered on the eighth floor and sneaked into the Room of Requirement.
Arthur used his Transfiguration skills to create a large round table, and everyone sat around it, creating a lively atmosphere.
"I didn't expect you to come, Draco," Harry said, looking somewhat dissatisfied.
"Arthur invited me. If you have a problem, you should talk to Arthur." Malfoy responded with smug.
After this semester, Draco's relationship with everyone was pretty good. He had grown to the point where even the Weasley twins found him enjoyable.
However, whenever Draco was involved with something that included Harry, he turned back to his arrogant personality, which makes Harry so angry that he wants to fight Draco immediately.
"Alright, today is supposed to be a celebration for me. If you two want to fight, do it another day," Arthur interjected.
Arthur had gotten used to their relationship; he felt that Draco and Harry had a similar relationship to Naruto and Sasuke from the anime.
After hearing Arthur's words, they both calmed down and started to enjoy their meal.
Since Arthur had specifically requested it, the table was filled with dishes from China.
The house-elf had perfected his skills as a Chinese cook and now prepared dishes that were both beautiful and delicious.
After growing up in traditional British food, Harry and the others were exposed to something very new and different.
They ate the meal using spoons because they didn't know how to use chopsticks.
At that moment, Cho sighed and said, "Why can't I learn to cook? Even though the house-elf has taught me each step."
Arthur shuddered and quickly reassured her, "It's alright, Cho. If you want to eat something, just ask the house-elf to make it. You don't have to learn anymore."
Recently, as he said on the train, Cho had begun her plan to learn how to cook from the house-elf.
At first, Arthur didn't pay much attention to it.
Cho spoke confidently on the train, so he thought she would quickly become professional.
He just offered a few words of encouragement.
But it wasn't until Cho placed a plate of unknown sweet and sour ribs in front of Arthur for him to taste that he realized he was completely wrong—very, very wrong.
Yes, Cho could tell between salt and sugar, but she couldn't tell tamari apart from soy sauce.
When Cho handed Arthur that plate of completely unknown sweet and sour ribs to taste, his heart shattered.
It was then that Arthur's suffering started. Cho continued despite difficulties. She became even more determined to succeed.
Every day, she made Arthur taste her dishes.
So, Arthur learned that each time Cho tried to fix the mistake from the last try, she would end up adding too much of one ingredient or another.
After much convincing, Arthur managed to convince Cho to give up the idea of cooking.
However, much to his surprise, she brought it up again today.
Luckily, Cho only complained a little and had no plans to take action, which relieved Arthur.
Everyone enjoyed a satisfying meal and relaxed in their chairs.
Draco, patting his stomach happily, stated, "When we get back, I'll have Dobby come to Hogwarts for some training. I'm tired of eating the same few dishes he always makes."
Hearing Draco's words, Harry rolled his eyes and sarcastically replied, "Don't let me see Dobby, I definitely won't be able to resist taking matters into my own hands."
Before Draco could retaliate, Hermione interjected loudly, "You can't talk about Dobby like that! He only does those things for your safety."
Since Arthur had already solved the Chamber of Secrets, and everyone knew about Dobby's actions, Harry and Dobby weren't as close as they had been in the book.
Arthur briefly explained the situation to Draco, telling him to take good care of his own house-elf.
However, Harry still couldn't forget Dobby's previous behavior.
Harry sighed helplessly and said, "Hermione, I know Dobby means well, but his methods are too dangerous..."
Hermione wanted to say something, but Ron sighed and interrupted, "Draco, you're lucky to have a house-elf. My mom dreams of having one."
These words instantly shifted Hermione's attention, and she turned to argue with Ron about the ethics of enslaving house-elves.
The others watched this scene in silence. Ever since Hermione learned about the situation of the house-elves, she has been like this.
As Arthur had expected, she had already created a club called "SPHEW" (Society for the Promotion of House-Elf Welfare) to protect house-elves.
However, most wizarding students were not interested in Hermione's club, and only a few Muggle-born students joined.
Observing Hermione's stubbornness, Arthur shook his head and decided not to interfere.
He started chatting with the Weasley twins about their business.
"Don't worry, Arthur. Although Backbone and Sleepy Glasses are already flooded at Hogwarts, our other products are selling well, especially Puking Pastilles and Skiving Snackboxes," Fred enthusiastically said.
Their business with the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes was thriving, and their fame had grown thanks to Backbone.
Many young wizards were interested in their prank items.
Arthur waved his hand dismissively and said, "I just want to see if you have any new and interesting things. I don't care how much Galleon you're making."
Then he added, "But remember, don't lose sight of your goals. You must continue to make and develop new products. That's the core of your competitiveness."
Fred and George nodded as if they understood.
George envyingly remarked, "Of course, you wouldn't care about that little money. Those royalties from the publishers for your modified Doubling Charm are massive amounts."
That's right, Arthur's improved version of the Doubling Charm caught the attention of book publishers.
They offered large sums of money to buy the rights, allowing Arthur to make a fortune.
After chatting for a while, they realized it was getting late and decided to end the party.
They scattered and returned to their respective dormitories.
A fresh start was waiting for them in the morning.
