How the Stars bring us Together

A story originally set within a castle of the Medieval Era, though it's like paradise on Earth(and in slight ruins), the Zodiacs find themselves caught up in trouble when Ophiuchus starts to stir it. They seem to part ways, although the God of Stars seems to think otherwise. The lot are soon sent to recreate their relationships in modern times, whether this plan seems to play or not is another matter... Having already been reincarnated into the thirteen respective Zodiac signs, you can imagine how confusing yet another time period would be. To most of them, at least. A cautionary reminder that this book shall contain some graphic, mature scenes. Viewer discretion is advised. There is also alot of profound language, such as swearing.

Chapter 3.

•Ophiuchus' POV~

I held an icepack to my face in the kitchen as Capricorn and Leo made their way down and Leo went into the fridge. Leo then noticed me and smiled, waving. I just glared and looked away. Capricorn seemed rather annoyed by this, though remained quiet.

"I heard Cancer punched you, is your face alright?" Leo asked me, still smiling like an idiot. I paid no attention, which led to an outburst from the Sea goat.

"How can you be so cold when people are being so nice to you, even after being such a.. Such a.. Snake!" Capricorn gave me his harshest glare, although looked a bit petty, so I bursted out into laughter.

I then looked at Leo, and nodded. Better to keep peace at this point.. "I'm fine. It's just a scratch, it'll be healed by tomorrow. Hopefully." I finally managed to answer Leo, and slithered off. I could feel Leo's stare still on my back, though chose to ignore it.

•Aquarius' POV•

I watched, as I leaned against the wall with my arms folded. Sagittarius was still trying to get Taurus to calm down, in Sagittarius' area of the castle. Honestly, I'm surprised he allowed us in, he's normally more.. Well, secluded, due to his serious attitude.

"Taurus, it's just hummus, can you calm down over something so small?" Sagittarius looked a little annoyed, after trying this for the past 3 hours now. Seemed like he was getting nowhere, best to let my words of wisdom hit the strong-headed bull.

I then finally decided to help, and placed my hand on Sagittarius' shoulder, as I nodded to him. He seemed to get the hint, and backed off with folded arms and a frown.

I slapped Taurus across the face, as he had continued to whine over food. Both Taurus and Sagittarius looked shocked at my sudden act of violence.

"Hold yourself together." I hissed at him, glaring fiercly. Taurus quietened down, pouting slightly, as he then walked from the room, sulking.

"Thank you, Aquarius." Sagittarius walked back over, with a smile. I simply nodded and looked away. Being treated so nicely wasn't something I got often, and I suppose Sagittarius does deserve some sort of praise for his effort. I leaned up, and kissed his cheek, before I walked out. My cheeks were heated, and I couldn't take this embarrassment.

•Virgo's POV•

After finally getting some peace and quiet from the shouting and whining, I decided to turn on some classical music and took a book from a huge shelf in the library. I began reading, sitting right next to the gramophone. I hummed the music as I read, before I heard interruptive shouting.

I looked down to see Taurus, grinning from ear to ear. I raised an inquisitive brow, rather confused by this action.

"What's up?" I turned the music off, and sat up in my chair. I was on some sort of balcony within the library, looking down at him. He looked genuinely pleased to see me, which did warm my heart just a tad.

"E.. Erm.. I wanted to do some reading with you..?" He seemed rather uneasy about this request. Though, this was unusual.. He never reads, maybe a new hobby or something.

"Sure, though I thought a bull's eyes weren't great." I smirked. He frowned at me, before I sighed and said, "Grab a book of your choice from the shelf then." I made a small smile at the end, and he nodded frantically. He was just like a child.

He was soon sat opposite me, "reading" quietly, though I noticed him sneak a few glances at me. I pretended to be oblivious, until I had had enough.

"Taurus, I'm starting to think you aren't here for reading." I sighed, looking at him with a raised brow. His cheeks turned a light pink in response, and he began stammering something inaudible.

•Taurus' POV•

The sound of my name rolling off her tongue sounded.. lovely. That's what heated my face. She seemed genuinely confused, and I felt myself heat up even more from embarrassment. I soon covered my face with the book as I "read" quietly. She did the same, although I subtly stole a few more glances without her noticing.

Though, I soon got bored.

"Is there nothing else you do?" I finally said out of pure boredom.

"It's a library. If you're interested in something more interesting, how about sleeping with Scorpio? And I do mean sleeping." Virgo smirked at her last comment, as she saw my face of digust. "What! That's all he does, sleep."

"I don't like sleeping that much. Any other activities?" I was quite curious, actually.

"You could join Pisces in the pool, make snide remarks with Ophiuchus, hmm.." Virgo poked her cheek as she tilted her head, thinking. "Going hunting with Leo?" She looked at me.

I was just awe struck, she's so pretty..

I then snapped out of it as she was leaning closer and calling my name.

"Eh-heh?" I watched as she sat back down normally, dusting herself off.

"Activities." She snapped her fingers, "Choose." She snapped them again, making sure I don't zone out on her once more. It was hard to keep focused, okay?

I finally decided. "I'll try swimming, I gue-" I was cut off by the others bursting in.

"Good Lord, guys! Ophiuchus is being patronized and you guys are just sitting here reading?!" Pisces yelled, seeming rather distressed. "Come on, we need to sort out this mayhem that Cancer's caused!" He ushered us out, as I groaned in frustration.

Had to come now? Really?
