Her words made everyone think of the rumors that Spencer Sullivan never touched Yvonne Young after their divorce.

Suddenly, the news of Spencer Sullivan's impotence filled the sky, and it topped the search rankings of major websites, overwhelming Starlight Group's PR team.

"Do you think that the president of Starlight Group is really impotent?"

"Who knows? He's so handsome; turns out nobody is perfect."

The gossip of the little nurses did not affect Yvonne Young at all; her cold and indifferent demeanor seemed to have nothing to do with her.

Zachary Turner, who was sitting beside her, casually joined the conversation, "You are tough enough, aren't you afraid he'll know it's you and come after you?"

Zachary Turner was the only friend who still kept in touch with Yvonne Young after the Young family's troubles.

Yvonne Young smiled bitterly, "If he comes for me, it would save me the trouble of getting close to him."

While talking, they arrived at the doctor's office, where a female expert in her fifties greeted Zachary Turner with a polite nod.

Then, holding a report in her hand, she bluntly said to Yvonne Young, "Ms. Young, it will be difficult for you to get pregnant again given your situation."

Five years ago, she had contracted various diseases in prison, including a cold uterus. If it wasn't for her regular workouts and decent physique, Yolanda might not have survived then.

She was not surprised by the test results, and asked, "What's the success rate?"

Dr. Burns hesitated for a moment and shook her head, "It's hard to say."

Without any hesitation, Yvonne Young said, "Give me the ovulation-inducing injection."

Her calm and decisive attitude surprised Dr. Burns, "Your current physical condition is not suitable for taking the ovulation injection."

She was still undergoing rehabilitation therapy, and her body couldn't withstand any more disruption.

Yvonne Young was adamant. "Dr. Burns, my son's condition may worsen at any time, I'll be fine."

She wasn't planning on hiding anything from the person Zachary Turner had arranged.

Unexpectedly, as soon as she finished speaking, Zachary Turner grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the doctor's office, "Why don't you try to find Spencer Sullivan? He won't let his child die without help..."

"He would!"

Yvonne Young confidently interrupted Zachary Turner's words.

She knew Zachary Turner was worried about her; they had grown up together and were very close. In front of him, she couldn't hide her emotions. She sneered, "The injuries on my body and Yolanda's illness were all thanks to him. If he knew about the child five years ago, he would not have let her be born. Do you think he cares about Yolanda now?"

Because she had been tortured with poisoning and radiation in prison, Yolanda was born with congenital leukemia.

Her child had suffered from illness since birth, and if it weren't for saving Yolanda, she would never want to have anything to do with Spencer Sullivan in this life.

Yvonne Young's rhetorical question silenced Zachary Turner.

It was quiet.

Zachary Turner looked at the glimmer in Yvonne Young's eyes and sighed, feeling sorry for her. Once a proud and arrogant lady, she would cry for half a day just over a needle prick, but now she had no sharp edges left.

Yvonne Young insisted on taking the ovulation-inducing injection, and upon the doctor's recommendation, she bought some food said to increase progesterone.

The detached two-story villa far from the city was a dowry her grandmother gave to her mother, still under her grandmother's name. Therefore, it wasn't confiscated during the court trial, and now it was her only shelter in Eldoria City.
