Two years later.

It was my birthday and I didn’t have a party because the home girl Shay across the street was already planning one and I thought I’ll just go to that one, plus mom had to work like always. Christian was not there he said he had to go help his mom move and then unpack, he told me he would be back tomorrow. I wish he could have come though because everyone was boo’d up.

It was a basement party that started at 9:00. We were both turning 18. It was officially Shay's party but I was gonna have a great time like it was mine. I didn’t tell my older brothers I was going to the party only mom and Charlie knew. The boys would want me to hang out with them but I told them I was going for a girls night at a friends....that friend being Shay right across the street. So they said they would be going to a Party on the other side of town and they left.
