"Mrs. Tingyun, please have a look at this picture." Welt looked at the Foxian woman at his front petting a dog with a smile.

She was an ambassador (?) sent to entertain them, and show them around Xianzhou. Tingyun (The CN translation for Tingyun is Stop Cloud XD).

Tingyun, a woman with a pair of fluffy brown fox ears that looked irresistibly charming, also had a fluffy brown tail at her lower back. This tail only added to her charm and didn't affect her appearance or beauty in any way.

Welt, with a dignified expression, glanced at Tingyun as he handed his phone to her and revealed the images. "These people... they're the wingmakers." After Tingyun confirmed this, Welt adjusted his glasses and commented, "Just as I thought."

Welt then inquired, "Since the people of Xianzhou are familiar with the people of Abundance, could Mrs. Tingyun introduce them to us?" Tingyun considered this for a moment before agreeing.

"In their culture, beings that cannot fly, like land creatures, are referred to as 'dust people,' while they call themselves 'cloud lords' and enslave other intelligent races to serve them."

"Approximately 5,000 years ago, a major war erupted between the Xianzhou and the wingmakers."

"Xianzhou did emerge victorious though, but it came at a price."

"After that battle, the wingmakers suffered significant losses, including the loss of their home, which was cut down. For the past thousand years, there have been few reports of them, with some suggesting that they've become mercenaries."

"But in this image, that branch in the sky...."

Welt, after hearing Tingyun's narration, sighed and remarked, "I didn't expect there would be such a history between Xianzhou and the people of Abundance."

March, on the other hand, stood by, listening intently but remaining silent throughout. Once Tingyun had finished, March hesitated for a moment before speaking up, "Mr. Welt, would you kindly send me a copy of the image? I need to inform the Ten Commissions about this."

Welt nodded in agreement, asking March, "March?"

She replied promptly, "Alright." Without any delay, March sent a copy of the picture to Tingyun, who acknowledged it with a slight bow. 

She expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you, Mr. Welt, Mrs. March. Please excuse me for a moment."

With that, Tingyun hurriedly left to report to the Ten Commissions.

The reappearance of the people of Abundance is a big deal for the Xianzhou people. If Tingyun's suspicions were correct, the branch in the sky had to be none other than a part of Muldrasil, making it an even more critical development.

Tingyun shared the picture sent by March with Yukong, the helm master of the Sky-Faring Commission. Upon seeing the image, Yukong recognized the branch immediately. Her expression turned serious as she said, "The Wingmakers and... the branch of Muldrasil?"

Yukong also recognised the branch from the picture, and at this moment, her expression became solemn: "Tingyun, where did you get this picture from."

Tingyun confirmed the source of the picture, "The people of the Astral Express."

Yukong closed her eyes briefly, contemplating the situation. She then instructed Tingyun, "Please, invite them over."

Regarding the picture, Yukong handed it to one of her subordinates and ordered, "Send this to the general."

The subordinate nodded and replied, "Yes, Madam Yukong."

In the age of rapid information exchange, Jing Yuan received the pictures and swiftly ordered Yukong to find out the whereabouts and, if possible, the coordinates of the Wingmakers. 

'Although we had won the last battle, there were many casualties, would we go out to war again?' The news of these developments left Yukong with a heavy heart, considering the potential consequences of such a revelation. 

The thought of going to war once more raised concerns about further casualties.

Shortly afterward, Welt and March Seven arrived at the Sky-Faring Commission. 

Yukong put on her usual demeanor and addressed her guests, "I apologize for calling upon you again. The pictures you provided are of great importance to us in Xianzhou."

Welt adjusted his glasses and inquired, "No need to apologize, but what are your intentions?" He had anticipated this moment after hearing Tingyun's report.

Yukong wasted no time in revealing their plan, stating, "We intend to launch a crusade. However, Xianzhou will not simply intrude into a jurisdiction under the authority of others without their consent."

She continued, "I kindly ask for your assistance to approach the governing authorities in that area to inquire about their willingness to form an alliance with Xianzhou. If they are in agreement, please provide me with the coordinates of that location."

Welt appeared slightly puzzled by Yukong's manner of asking, but he acknowledged, "I will pass on the information, but the ultimate decision lies with him."

Belobog.

"For Aeon's sake!"

Stelle smashed her phone on the ground, why does people like sending her on errands? "After this, I'll get Mr. Yang to treat me to a meal!" Stelle clenched her fist.

Stelle soon proceeded to the administrative district to deliver this information to Adonis. 

Upon their reunion, Adonis let out a faint sigh before remarking, "It appears you've already met Alice."

Stelle confirmed, "Yes. Supreme Guardian Adonis, in truth, I've come with another matter this time."

Adonis displayed an intrigued expression, "Oh? What could it be?"

Stelle concisely conveyed the situation, "There is a faction that bears a deep grudge against the birdmen. They have expressed their desire to extend assistance. I would like to know if Supreme Guardian Adonis would be open to considering their proposal."
