Out

I wanted to get up and get moving. They needed me to complete physical therapy. So at first I started out slow. Standing up and learning how to bear the weight. Then I was taking steps. Walking around never felt this good until now. It took nearly 2 while weeks for me to be able to find myself up without help. Constant stretching and exercise. I was finally able to make it around my room without help. They took out my catheter and allowed me to use the restroom. They needed to make sure I was still able to go when I needed to go. After a few tries to go. I was finally able to feel my bladder and was able to successfully release. I was now able to walk around my room. With assist and a little without. They ended up giving me a walker. Then I was able to gradually walk around watched but unassisted. Now that I was mobile. We were talking about discharging me. I was extremely excited and happy. To be able to cuddle my kids at night. It would bring a much peaceful sleep. Until the day of my discharge came. I fainted. I ended up falling down and begun to bleed all over again. When I woke up instead of having a walker in my room. There was a wheelchair. When the nurse came to check in on me she explained it all to me. I would still get discharged at the end of her shift. However they will be sending me home in a wheelchair and walker. Though the walker will not be used until the nurse comes to see me and we are doing exercises. So I agreed. I would rather be in a wheelchair in my own bed. Than being in a hospital completely bed written. So I made sure I followed the rules. The wheelchair was only a loaner. So I made sure to be extra careful with it. I was in it for a little over a year. Which I will completely ignore and skip. However I will tell you. During that time I ended up gaining so much weight. From the lack of moving and real exercise. I went from being 110 Ibs at 5'3 to 186 Ibs. I hated the way my body looked. Plus the weight gain truly made it even harder at walking again. I started having difficulty at even lifting myself up. So once I was able to walk again. I made sure I returned the wheelchair. I never looked back. The program decided that I needed to be discharged. So I attempted to go back to the harbor. I was gone for so long while in the hospital. They gave away my spot. So the program extended us one more time. Until Kc family called cps making extreme false allegations against her. In a cruel way of saying they don't want us together. Then her uncle and aunts, my step mom, a few friends on all sides got together. They paid our flights and got us to the mainland. We had to wait a little while. Our flights were pretty far out. Thankfully our extention ended only a few days before the flight. So once it ended we stayed in a hotel room with her uncle and his gf and her aunt. The night before our flight. We ended up checking in at the airport. We made sure we checked all the bags. Each of us only had a few things to carry. We had the diaper bag, each of us had a backpack. It was filled with snacks, drinks, toys, extra clothes, heavy coats, and personal blanket and traveling pillows. Except me. I also had my baby carrier and the stroller carseat combo. Which I checked at the gate. I was so scared I ended up drinking a lava flow. Strawberry piña colada. I knew I shouldn't. Since I was breastfeeding. So I asked for 1/4 alcohol instead of full amounts. So I sipped it. Since I'm not a heavy drinker. I made sure it was enough to take off the edge but not enough to get me drunk.
