Chapter 49 Set Up by Annabelle

Annabelle's face turned cold.

"If I had set you up, then you can just choose not to take the bait, and nothing would have happened, Marley. Callan was right to sack you; there's no need to cover up what you did. Let it be a warning that no one should hire a designer as unethical as you!"

Marley rushed straight towards Annabelle.

"You ruined me! You ruined my career; you just wanted me out of Clay Group, didn't you? Don't think I didn't know what you were trying to do to Callan!"

Annabelle dodged. Her physical skills were nothing compared to Callan, but more than enough against Marley.

Annabelle shoved Marley aside; she fell on the floor, her red curly hair messy.

Annabelle looked at her coldly, then turned towards Mr. Andrews of Rain & Eric. "Sorry about that."

Mr. Andrews looked at Marley with disdain. "It's okay. I'm also a designer, and I've always hated this kind of plagiarism."
