Chapter 14 Was It an Accident or Man-Made?

After the interrogation at the police station, Annabelle finished giving her statement and walked out to find the two owners of the cars, who caused the accident, being brought in with handcuffs.

After a while, she heard a defensive voice behind her, "This was just an accident! My brother and I are both laborers in the same factory. We have to support our families. How could we intentionally kill someone? You can investigate it. There's no bad record about us on file."
