The date

She landed inside the car with him and watched him start the car for taking off. "You aren't taking me to your house to..." She made him look at her so he'd understand what she meant. "Right?"

"Will you stop me if I touch you?" He asked.

"You said it was a date!"

"It happens in dates," he stated.

Liliana laughed. "Is that why you've been so nice to me?" She asked.

"Liliana," he didn't know how to answer that. "I'm taking you out on a date because I don't like eating alone," he said. "Why do you always think I'm up to no good?"

"Because you are too handsome and..."

"I've told you, I'm only for you."

"Why is that?"

"Because...I chose you, okay? Stop questioning me."

"I'm...just confused," she said in a low tone.

"You don't like me, it's obvious," he looked away.

"It's not... like that, Tristan," Liliana was now rushing to explain to him.

"You've been pushing me away, you don't like me."
