Hunt the Monster I

The kiss was short and what followed was a gentle hug.

"Why are you here?" I asked her, things must have changed a lot in a small period for her to be here, but I failed to notice that we were in some sort of big room with broad daylight windows and a faraway ceiling.

"You have a lot of things to explain to me, Brand" Instead of answering me, Yuriko's gaze contained the sternness of a mother. I don't know what to say to her, really.

"I can't explain anything... I-I don't know what is going on with me, Yuriko" I sat up on the matress' headrest and rubbed my temples, trying to recall all the dreams that I had from those people, all of it was seemingly reduced to some key points of information.

"W-Wait, I do know... it is just all so fussy".

"You're shaking" She rubbed my arms and then I noticed that not only I was shaking I was also sweating a lot.

"I just had a lot of memories that are not mine come through, and also a name... Omnivore. I saw my mother and my father... I saw Moriumi Yurea and Alex Mercer".

"Really, you have to tell me what you saw. Also, omnivore? What does food have to do with anything?".

"Ugh, I don't know... I'm just tired now, maybe later all the memories will come together more brightly. Where is everyone?"

"A lot of things happened, while you were unconscious, stay here... I'll call the girls, alright?".

After rubbing my arm one last time she intended to depart, but I held her wrist.

"Wait, Yuriko".

She turned around with an inquisitive gaze and that was when I pulled her forcefully into my arms and took her mouth with possessiveness.

"Uhm?~"

I stuck my tongue inside hers, making her know what a 'true' kiss is. For a moment she placed her hands on my chest and followed along, sitting on the bed and shamelessly following my pace in this rather naughty and lewd kiss. So much so that she stole the pace, sticking her tongue inside my mouth and pushing me down on the bed, pressing my arms at either side of my head with strength that surprised me.

We finally released each other leaving a lewd string of saliva, she straddled me with a rather aggrieved expression on the bed.

"I-Is that how you greet your aunt?" She bit her lips nonetheless, I don't know if she's looking at my eyes or my lips right now.

"Only the aunts I love, Yuriko... I missed you and hoped you were okay all this time" I stated with all due genuineness. Of all my women she was the only one that wasn't with me, thankfully she's quite capable otherwise I'd have been way more worried.

"S-Shut up, brat... I don't know when you're going to learn... we're aunt and nephew, you can't just take me and kiss me like that. A-At least tell me first".

"..." I wanted to laugh at her troubled expression, is that the reason? or is it that you don't want me to see that flustered expression?

"I missed you too..." She confessed at last.

My aunt descended on me one last time, taking both my cheeks together and sticking her tongue in one last time before shooting up and leaving me, staring at the ceiling after having experienced such a mindblowing kiss, I guess there are things experience can't beat.

It felt so good that the nightmares were gone, she beat Omnivore back into the abyss and brought back Brand Mercer... the scum that gets on with his aunt.

"Brand!"

"Lucy!"

I hugged my beloved net runner tightly, still inside the room. Yuriko returned with all my girls and they started raining on me and embracing me from all sides. I was being crushed by breasts, nothing to complain about here.

When they released me I saw that they were all crying to different degrees, even Saeko who was the one I considered the most difficult to make her cry.

"Why are you crying? Everything is okay".

"Shut up! it wasn't okay! we thought you'd never wake up... it has been three days" Saya was the one crying the most profusely, tsundere all the way, there goes her rebellious self... the others were stopping their sobbing but she wasn't so I had to take her in my arms and kiss her for her to finally calm down.

"Baby I'm okay... three days? where are we right now?" I didn't think it had been that long.

"My house... the first day we stayed in a nearby apartment but then my mother came out with her entourage and we found her, we took you here yesterday and you woke up today" Saya explained, cleaning her last few tears and placing her head against my shirt-clad chest.

"I see" My gaze moved all around scanning all of them deeply, searching for anything that wasn't right, bruises or wounds.

Lucy, Rei, Saeko, Shizuka, Saya, Yuriko.

Where is Kyoko?

'Chiyo?'

'Fufu~ onee-chan is here, but you shouldn't focus on me now'.

I didn't intend to focus on her anyway, instead... I noticed that my girls despite being okay, had this odd gaze on them, it was most prominent on Rei, Shizuka and Yuriko. It wasn't fear, more like apprehension.

"Where is Kyoko? also Higuchi...? Mikoto and Takashi? Hirano? Arisa? what happened with the group? everyone's okay?" I asked for everyone's status in one go, I was unconscious so they were left on their own, I was just worried.

"Well... Mikoto-chan and Takashi-kun are somewhere else right now, they're in the garden I believe. Mikoto-chan had a huge injury on her head that I treated and thankfully she's okay now but still dizzy sometimes. Arisa is cooking together with the rest of the refugees. Takashi-kun and Kouta-kun had a head injury as well but they're okay now. Kouta-kun is training with his guns. As for Kyoko and Higuchi-kun..." Shizuka delivered a rather nice summary until it came to both the ones I was the most concerned about.

The girls looked at one another upon reaching the topic of Kyoko, it didn't give me any good vibes, especially since it was her being mentioned together with Higuchi, could it be that motherfucker did something?!

"What happened? Where is Kyoko?!" I was starting to get exalted and they noticed, giving me a few steps back away from me. Only Saeko and Lucy didn't do so.

The movement immediately caught my attention and I tilted my head in confusion.

"Please calm down. Kyoko-sensei is okay... she's still unconscious just like you, well... s-she 'ate' Higuchi-kun" Rei explained to me, hugging her elbow.

I couldn't believe what she told me and a red aura started to seep out of me.

"I will fucking kill them!" My voice changed in nature into something wicked, I saw how Yuriko took out what looked like a gun and pointed it at me.

"Eh?" The girls all looked confused but I felt so angry that I ignored Yuriko.

"How comes Kyoko blew HIguchi?! She's my woman, I'll fucking kill them!"

"..."

"..."

"He misunderstood".

"How perverted do you have to be to make such a misunderstanding with a pun?".

...

"Aish... calm down, champ... it is not what you think" Yuriko sighed and placed the gun back on her waist, pushing me back on the bed and straddling me again.

"What do you mean calm down-"

"Brand, you're making things complicated... she didn't eat him that way. Kyoko literally ate him" Kyoko was struggling to restrain all of my limbs together, she did so for a while until the red aura around me calmed down when I heard her response.

"..." Nonetheless, I was still confused. So did she 'eat' him or not?

"She devoured his flesh! Just like you devour a dish! She committed cannibalism, how else do you want me to explain it?"

"W-What...?" After such an articulate explanation I'd be an idiot to not understand what they were saying, but it was difficult for me to believe. I more or less understand that after passing out I transformed into a monster. I don't know what I did, but it was bad enough for them to be looking at me this way and keeping her distance. That said, why Kyoko as well?

"Don't be surprised, you did so as well... Brand, you transformed into something... something weird and then you ate all of the Blackwatch officers, killed the worm, babe it was madness" Lucy sat down on a nearby chair and took my hand inside hers.

"So that's what I did... I want to see Kyoko now".

"Wait, you can't stand up!"

I didn't heed any warnings and effortlessly carried Yuriko out of her position on me as if she weighed less than a grown chicken. It felt natural to me.

"I don't feel anything, Yurko, I'm okay, see? there are no wounds... where is she?" I showed them my body bereft of wounds.

"Then follow me".

Kyoko was laying down on a bed in the room next to mine. Sleeping 'peacefully' and clutching onto her pillow tightly, clean and pristine like the last time I saw her... from my perspective nothing had changed.

And yet...

"We found her next to Higuchi's corpse, there was so much flesh missing... she passed away before eating all of it and has been like this ever since, we cleaned her just like we did to you and that's it, if anything you were shaking the whole time like you were having a nightmare, but she's been sleeping peacefully like this ever since" Lucy explained, we were all surrounding her on the bed like this was some sort of cult.

I caressed her cheeks, she'd usually smile when I did so but this time there was no response at all.

"My goodness. What are we?" I tried to search in my memories for the right term... whatever she is, she must have gotten this condition from me.

"You two are zombies, Brand... look at the scanner," Saeko told me and made hand motions as if she was touching the system's interface.

I did what she said; the scanner was showing Kyoko and me as dots, half white and half red while everyone else was smaller white dots.

"You are a delta-level prototype... she's a beta-level prototype, that's the announcement that Hollow did when the two of you changed into those monsters".

"What is a prototype?" Yuriko asked me as if I had all the answers.

"It looks like some type of infection, the difference is that you two are conscious or at least that's what we believe. Do you have any memories?" Lucy held my shoulder softly as I tried to remember.

"Just terms... Blackwatch, Gentek, Blacklight virus, Redlight virus, Klyntar... Carnival. There are too many things to process. I-I think when I ate those people, I got their memories but there are so many I can't sort them out right now".

"Be it as it may, tou are the origin, what did you do with Kyoko recently? I mean, aside from the obvious?" Lucy continued her questioning which I tried to answer the best I could.

"Well, she drank some of my blood while we were making love the other day... I was quite rough with her too"

"She drank your blood? it must have been that... you know we've been talking about how sometimes we want to bite you... then she goes and does it" Saya deadpanned just like the rest of the girls.

"Does that mean the same will happen to us if we drink Brand-chan's blood?"

"Wait a minute... you made love...? So you 'ate' this Kyoko too? That's a surprise, I thought Shizuka would go first, this woman wasn't with you back then, you got another one..." Yuriko smiled in amusement

"He ate me as well~" Shizuka remarked with her characteristic giggle.

"Oh, really? and who else?"

"Me".

"Me too!"

One by one they raised their hands as my doom approached until only Saya remained. By then Yuriko was gasping and looking at me as if I was a monster, but not a hideous monster, instead a sex monster.

'Shit...'

"What were you all doing in the middle of the apocalypse!?" She scolded all of us and pulled my ear roughly.

"E-Enjoying ourselves? it was difficult surviving every day, we needed to relax, also... w-we're hormonal teenage-"

"Shut it! Saya..."

"Hai? Okasan?"

"You didn't happen to-"

"W-We did it".

"You damn brat! you did it with your underage cousin!"

"What were you expecting?! also, I'm underage as well so technically is not illegal!"

"Shameless fiend! Please tell me you used a condom".

"Condom? Hmph! this is a catastrophe, where would we find condoms? don't worry, I'm an expert at pulling out- ouch!"

*SLAP!*

She slapped the back of my head roughly, damn it I should have said I'm still injured, only hell awaits me now.

"That's not safe enough damn it!"

"Such an expert he actually cummed inside me" Rei rolled her eyes, sending me deeper into the abyss amidst a round of giggles... now I hope we can continue the conversation about them being infected instead of this.

"Y-You brats, don't take this all so sporty! look at the world out there! what if you're pregnant, Rei!?"

"He said he'd be responsible if it happened, I believe in my boyfriend," my innocent girlfriend said, smiling at me with a gaze filled with juvenile love.

"Stupid fool! that's what every man says before leaving then they never come back!"

"Brand-kun would never do that, right hubby?" Rei asked hopefully.

"I'm actually feeling a huge headache. C-Can I go and get some milk now?"
