Chapter Nineteen & Twenty

There was silence for a while after Eve explained some things to Alexis.

"So, you're telling me that he's here? The bastard?", Alexis gritted his teeth.

"It doesn't matter anyways. I'm just here for a month", Eve replied.

"I have my life to live not the witch's. I left my job and friend behind in the city for this shit. If she doesn't let me go after a month, I have to make my dream come to pass", She added.

Alexis raised his brows and said, "You can't kill, Eve"

"I will, Alexis. If that would give me sanity and all", Eve said with a determined gaze.

"Just call me if you're ready to leave this environment", Alexis said and pulled her into a hug.

"You ain't mad because I kissed you, right?", She asked.

"Nah. Why should I be mad at a princess?", He kissed her hair lightly and she chuckled.

"Come see me when you have the time", Eve said and he chuckled.

He got into his Porsche and waved at her. She waved back till he drove out of the university. Caro gasped at the sight before her in awe, "It's really you, Eve! You're alive!!"

"Of course I am, princess Caro", Eve replied and tucked some of her blonde hair behind her ears.

"You haven't forgotten I'm a princess. That's good. I was afraid you won't remember me for a second. Just you know, Alex owns this place", Caro boasted.

"I see…but I never asked", Eve inwardly rolled her eyes. The princess seems to still have her prideful manner of speaking.

"I was just saying. Is that girl also here?", She raised her brow. It didn't take Eve a long time to guess the person she was referring to.

"She's not here", Eve doesn't think she's down with telling Caro that Mandy died. Besides, they are not that close.

"Sorry princess. I gotta steal her for a quick second", Josephine suddenly appeared and grabbed Eve's hand.

"Don't ask. You need to see them", Josephine ran with her. Caro stared at their retreating figure and hissed. She had heard of the closeness Eve has with the princes of Azariah. It irks her so much but she has to be patient to see things herself.

Lex saw Eve walk in with her friend. She didn't look so pleased with the half naked bodies she was seeing but her friend was loving the grand sight. When they locked gaze, she was the first to tear her gaze away. His eyes darkened when he saw her exchange pleasantries with a guy very well.

Actually, he felt challenged because the guy was actually good looking too. He had dated his sister in the past but he did break her heart. He saw the guy kiss her hand while she blushed like a shy lamb.

"Focus Lex", The coach shouted. Lex nodded and focused a little on the game he was playing.

"Fuck!", He cursed and the team players looked at him in surprise.

"What is it, Lex? We scored! Don't you want us to score?", Jamal asked but that wasn't Lex's problem.

His problem was the fact that two buttons of Eve's blouse had come off and the stupid girl didn't know. He could see the number of lustfuk eyes that gazed at her breasts from where he was.

He can even see the swell of her breasts from where he was. The bastard that kissed her hand took no shame in staring at it. Suddenly, she laughed and looked at him. They were lost in each other's eyes for five seconds before she broke it again and licked her lips.

She moved closer to the guy and whispered something in his ear. He laughed and also leaned in to whisper something into her ear too. The whistle was blown and it followed the uproar of the girls.

They swooned over him and passed him bottles of water they brought with them to the game. It was the luckiest girl that won if it was her bottle he drank from. Lex took the bottle from Lex and drank from it.

The girl smiled widely and blushed like a fresh tomato. He suddenly held her waist and kissed her for some seconds.

Eve paused in her steps to look behind. She gulped her spit and followed Collins out of the court. The shout was more louder so she thought something interests was happening. Had she known? She shouldn't have been concerned to know. In fact, she shouldn't have embraced Josephine's offer in the beginning.

As soon as the cold breeze hit her face, the hotness returned in a flash. She was too stunned to speak as the witch stood in front of her with Mr Salvatore's head in her hand.

Eve gasped as soon as she saw her. She hid behind Collins and held his hand tightly. Collins scoffed and said, "Fancy seeing you here, Lady Elizabeth"

"What's the Prince of Zic doing with my slave?", Lady Elizabeth gritted her teeth.

"Please take your leave, Lady Elizabeth. Unless you now attend Hawaii", Collins replied and Lady Elizabeth's hand flew to his throat in the blink of an eye.

Eve's eyes popped out of her socket and her hair began to glow. It began to shine in its amazing blue color. She saw the look in Lady Elizabeth's eyes when she saw that. It was a look of pride and happiness.

"I knew you were the ice element", She suddenly blurted out.

"Enough of this bullshit!", Collins hissed and began to choke her. Eve didn't know whether it was real or it was her seeing things. Lady Elizabeth's body began to turn black and lose life. Her skin began to become ugly and all.

She slumped and became unconscious. "Never fuck with me, Lizzy", Collins said.

"What happened to her?", Eve asked with her in her eyes.

"I rendered her powerless and numb for an hour", He replied.

"An hour?", Eve asked. "Can't it be throughout the day or even forever?", Eve asked again helplessly.

"She's a fucking witch so that's what I can do", He replied.

"Can you make it four hours?", She asked impatiently. "Or even more? She's gonna kill me when she wakes up"

"She's gonna need time to regain her power when she's awake", He answered.

"Can you lock her up or something since you can't delay her-"

"She's a fucking witch, okay?", He yelled at her. She looked at him and said nothing.

"I'm sorry, okay. I'm a black demon with dark magic so that's the limit I could do to her. It took me a lot of energy to knock her out", Collins explained.

"It's fine", Eve retorted. Initially, she has a lot to say and ask but she can't go on because after he yelled at her, their closeness drifted a little.

In as much as she has suffered and seen many bad sides of life, she hates being being shouted on at. She dislikes it that's why she tries so much to be more of a mother than a fiery teacher to the kids she teaches in the city.

When people are being shouted at on, it makes them feel miserable and sad. She's even a victim in that aspect, but she has to make the world a better place.

"What's the thing with your hair back then?", He asked and she played dumb.

"What thing?", She asked.

"The glowing thing", He added with a funny look on his face. "You aren't human, are you?"

"Help me with her please. You don't want the students to see an horrifying sight that will lead them dropping out of this school", Eve laughed and tried to change the subject.

"Don't", He smirked.

Eve was confused. "Don't touch her. There's a possibility somethi bad would happen to you… like ending up like her because you're not like…me", he smiled proudly.

"Oh! Thanks for telling me. It's like you really fancy my company else you would have allowed me to leave the world seconds ago", Eve laughed.

"That's not a nice joke, sweetie", Collins smirked.

"Don't smile. You ugly!"

"Not only do I fancy your company, Evelyn", He spoke up and put his hands into his pockets. "I fancy you a lot. Damn! You're pretty", He winked at her and she blushed.

"I saved you", He reminded her.

"Thanks", She said.

"Thanks?", He raised his brow and pulled his hands from his pockets to point the black witch on the floor. "I saved you from this old bitch, sweetie. Don't you have any reward for your handsome hero?", He asked.

"No, I don't", Eve rolled her eyes.

"Then, can you give your hero a peck here?", He touched his other cheek. "Don't you have a jealous girlfriend?", Eve asked him and pecked him where he wanted.

Collins saw her staring at Lady Elizabeth's body for a long time and said, "There's no way she's gonna have the strength to attack you today. Maybe tomorrow. I'm sure of it", He assured her so much that she thanked him and strolled to the bathroom to rinse her face.

"Oh! I'm sorry I just want to-", She stopped talking when she realized it was Lex that was in the bathroom kissing a girl. This time, it was another girl and she was so angry she kissed him with those lips he was using to kiss countless girls.

"Let me see your tattoo again", The girl asked with a sweet voice that made Eve hiss. She angrily opened the tap and splashed water on her face.

"Are we here to look at my tattoo?", Lex frowned.

"I'm sorry, Lex. I got too excited", The girl apologized and heard the bell ring. "That'll be my sign. Bye Lex", the girl pulled away from him and paused to look at Eve.

"Careful pretty girl. Don't ruin your pretty face. I'm jealous", The girl stuck out her tongue and ran out.

"Rubbish", Eve muttered and continued washing her face.

"Centrion!!!", Lady Elizabeth yelled with rage. Eve closed the tap with her in her and stopped it from running. She began to tremble with her hands shaking in fear.

"What's wrong?", Lex smirked. "I thought your little boyfriend assured you you of her state. Woah! Who's gonna save you now?", He laughed.

"Right?", You don't even have a fucking phone", He revealed and laughed harder.

"Ev-Prince Lex!!", Lady Elizabeth bowed her head a little to greet.

"Fancy meeting you here, Lady Liz. I haven't been told you're now a student", Lex remarked and Eve tried her best not to laugh.

"Pardon my rudeness, Prince Lex. I came to fetch my slave for an urgent matter. You don't believe she killer someone, do you?", Lady Elizabeth's body was now changing to its original form gradually.

Eve then doubted Collins capability even more after seeing her.

"Who?", Lex raised his brow with interest.

"I don't want to bore you with these boring stories of mine, Prince Lex. Let me just take her", She tried to touch Eve but Lex stepped in.

"You mean your fuckmate, Mr Salvatore?", Lex blurted and she looked at him in shock and astonishment.

"Oh! I see what's going on here, Evelyn. You asked him foot help knowing I'll actually look for you. That's why I prepared like a mad woman going to war. I didn't expect to meet the Prince of Zic turned out to be a black demon", She laughed.

"Keep your boring speech to yourself, Elizabeth", Lex called her name without respect and she gnashed her teeth.

Eve was so surprised too but she continued looking. That was not the first time he would disrespect her by name and she's damn sure the witch is furious.

"May I take my slave now?", Lady Elizabeth asked.

"She's not a slave, Lizzy", Lex added and that made Eve smile. "Then, I killed Mr Salvatore, not her. For you to be here, then you must have seen him. Gross! It was so fucking good to kill that lustful bastard. I guess you saw his corrupt heart I pulled out and -"

Lex's back hit the wall immediately with Lady Elizabeth's hands on his neck firmly. Lex chuckled and tried to lift his hands but she overpowered him.

"Gosh! You became stronger, witch!", He called her and she widened her eyes.

"Looks like she's gonna kill me, Eve", Lex laughed.

Eve rolled her eyes at Lex's statement. Even though he was in pain and in a helpless state, how could he make a joke out of the serious situation they were in?

The witch appeared in front of Eve too and began to choke her. Eve's legs dangled in the mid air.

Her hair began to glow and everywhere began to turn cold. There was even ice melting the floor and walls. Lady Elizabeth began to panic because she couldn't understand her body anymore. It was starting to feel numb. She first let go of the hand that gripped Eve's neck then the second hand in Lex's throat.

Her body slumped on the floor even though she couldn't feel it. Her teeth and lips began to shake terribly. Even her shoes were solid block.

"You'll be such a bitter ice, Lizzy", Lex laughed out loud and watched Lady Elizabeth struggle to breath. She tried to crawl but she just stayed stationary in a place.

Eve also slumped and fainted but Lex caught her in his arms before she could hit the ground.

"Escape romo nowco!!!", Lady Elizabeth screamed and disappeared.

The room began to return to its normal state after a while. Eve's thick lashes battled and she opened her eyes to see the person she hates, "Get your fucking hands off me, you perverted prostitute!"

Raphael rolled his eyes when he saw Caro walking towards him. He just can't understand the stupid girl and her brother. The girl is not his type and he tried his best to show his displeasure. She can't just fathom his reactions towards her.

"Hey", She said when she saw him.

"Hey", He replied.

"You're alone", She pointed out.

"As you can see", He answered dryly.

"Do you remember last night?", Caro asked eagerly.

"Yeah. Jamal said you saved me, thanks", He said plainly.

"Well, not that", She said sadly.

"The kiss?", He took a pause.

She now shifted from one foot to another in anxiety while she played with her fingers.

"What about it?", Raphael asked immediately with a nonchalant tone.

"You kissed me, Raphael", She raised her brow.

"Then?", He asked. "It's not like you're the first person I kissed. Unless you're thinking I have a thing for you. I don't, okay? Let's say I have my eyes on that blue haired girl", He retorted.

"The blonde?", Caro asked with displeasure.

"Whatever. Please leave", He waved his hand and Benny walked in.

Caro could swear that she was actually floating because they were sworn enemies that liked the same boy.

"Do you want to watch?", Benny asked Caro an whispered into her ears, "Bitch!!"

Raphael stood up from where he sat and pulled down his trousers. Caro knew what Benny was there for immediately but she still wanted to watch what Raphael wanted her to do.

She watched Benny take his dick with her hands and began to suck on it like the bitchy whore that she is.

It was once she did that to a guy too and he was Collins. She had even swore that she would never do that again. She had even hoped a little that she might be Benny but no!

The bastard preferred the real Benny!
