They trespassed our lands after, searching with precision for survivors; watching it just made the hair on the back of your neck stand on end. Fortunately, our surveillance systems were in the atmosphere, or the large birds, which passed through to assist the hyenas, would have destroyed them. When they verified by satellites and infrared that the danger had passed, the dome was re-activated, and the perimeter checked.
