THE NEW MEAT SUIT

"So let me get this straight, you," the man turned his eyes to Amari, locking his gaze with hers.

"You brought a dead girl back to life, and then this demon Abaddon, was resurrected instead of her?" Elijah asked.

"Well, that pretty much covers it," Amari replied calmly.

He humphed, and then stood up moving to the fire place to put in more wood. They were in the man's living room, which was as spacious as it was exquisite.

"So this Abaddon is no longer in your niece's body, correct?" the man turned to Diane as he spoke this time. Diane simply nodded at him.

"And Abaddon now has the first blade?" The man asked, not looking at anyone in particular.

"Are you going to keep asking us questions or are you going to offer a solution?" Nick blurted out, his voice cold and impatient. The man laughed and then moved back to sit across of them, in his armchair.

The six teenagers were sitting in two three-seater sofa's across from the man.
