Megan Pov

All our relatives left on Sunday evening after dinner, I and my sister helped mom with the kitchen, while Dad and my brother organised our disordered house, back to its original form. We five sat in the living room having quiet family time none of us spoke, all of us were so tired. I was sitting next to my dad, my sister started by asking me, Megan, how is the exam preparation for yours, I just looked at her and said better Sister, and need a bit of help with my project. What is the project? she asked, answering her I said, I have to prepare hand-drawn charts for our science lab, it's all the internal organs, nearly four charts. My brother said I can help you, Megan, I am free for this week. I was happy that my siblings were helping me, my brother was very good with drawings, then I gave the picture to draw, my sister said she will help with my studies and preparation for my exam, My dad smiled, and said, go to sleep you look, tired, your sister and brother will help, my mom also nodded to me, My family treats me like a baby girl still, everyone will be at my service even I look little sad, they just love me too much, I reached my room, took bath and changed into my shorts and a loose baggy t-shirt, and slept.

I was off to school with Bella, Bella was talking about some problem with her dad's company, she was really worried about it, Bella's Dad had a small family business of his own. Megan, I am so worried about our family business, my dad is struggling a lot for the past month, don't know can he manage it. I also said to her, Don't worry Bella uncle is a capable person, he can handle it, maybe he needs some time to settle things. We reached Olivia place to pick her, Olivia came running to me, and hugged me with a shy smile on her face, I was not able to get what was happening there, why this girl is behaving like this, then she lifted her and smiled at me, I was like... God Olivia what wrong with you baby, as l saw James walking to us, her little uncle.

James said, Hi Megan, long time no see. I just smiled at him and said, oh dear little uncle of a stupid friend of mine, When did you come to K city, How are you? He shook his head and said, you never change little Devil. I am good Megan, I am here to visit you guys before living for my military training, I smirked to him, Oh so nice for you to visit us, is it only a visit or something more, my dear brother James, I know he was head over heels for Olivia, but I was just touting him. He scratched his nape and said, you little devil go to school now your getting late, I will catch up with you in the evening, we will talk, by the way, introduce me to this beautiful lady, and he pointed to Bella, he was like this always, very cool guy, always making fun, he's was six years elder to us, than I said, oh beautiful.

Olivia, take a note, and I introduced Bella to him. This is Bella my childhood friend, and she's my neighbour, not your type Ok.

We said bye to James and left, again a no show.... WOW.

I was much distracted, but I gathered myself, to concentrate on my class because revision was going on, I have to admit I need to catch up with a lot.

During lunch, as usual, Olivia came to us for lunch, as we were eating she said, Megan, James came on Saturday night, he's here till valentines day, it's a week for it, suggest me some nice gift for him. I was just was blinking at her with a surprised look on my face. Seriously... Valentine day gift for James, what is this girl saying, then Olivia said, Megan, James proposed to me yesterday, in front of all our family members, saying he wants me to be his girlfriend, we will get engaged after his training.

Proposed... Engagement..... what is this girl spouting. I was like, Olivia are you serious, she looked at me with a shy look, I was again, Don't give that look, you idiot, tell me what happened properly, then said to me, James proposed to me Megan, it was already planned by my family, that before he leaves, two years of his training, I was not aware of it, you know how much I have loved him for years. So I said 'Yes' I will be engaged to him when he comes back after two years of his training.
