Her Arrival....(Part 1)

Megan Pov

I called Daniel and informed him that I will be back this weekend...

after the call with Daniel, I packed all my things in my bag, I was waiting for the weekend, I miss K City, Olivia was also coming to visit her parents for a week with James, two days passed very fast, I passed my driving test and got my licence, it was Saturday...and we needed to leave, I didn't know what time was our flight, as I came down with my bags, I looked at my Uncle and Aunt sitting on the couch, I walked to them asking at what time was the flight, my uncle smiled and said,

"We are going in the car, Megan, I will ask the maid to put your bag in the trunk"

I nodded and gave my bag to the maid, she took it and walked out, My uncle and aunt got up to walk with me.

My uncle held my aunt by her waist and walked out, I admire their love for each other, I have never seen them fight or even have a small misunderstanding between the two.... their love was so pure. I wished... if I and Danny were like this.

To my surprise, it was not my uncle's Black Bentley, but a Metallic Grey BMW M3 stood there shining with a white satin bow, as I walked to the car...

"Congrats on your result Megan, we are so proud of you dear, you topped with the highest-grade...All the best for your coming year"

my uncle extended the car keys to me, I was startled by what my Uncle said, this is my car... My own car... my aunt was smiling all the time, she hugged me and took the keys from my uncle and gave them to me...

"thank you, Uncle... Aunt for such a lovely gift, but what about my parents, will they allow me to drive..."

"Don't worry Baby... I am coming with you I will convince your mom, and my brother...now come start your car...we are getting late"

I smiled and got in, started the car, I drove it with good control, in 2 hours we reached our home...my mom came out with the same surprised look on her face as mine, when saw my car first this morning...she asked me when I got down from the driver seat,

"Who's car is this Megan, and why are driving it..."

"It's my car mom, a gift from Uncle and Aunt..." I smiled as I told her,

"Come on...Mom, call Dad...I will take you both on a drive"

As I was saying my uncle and aunt got down from the car, and my uncle removed all the bags from the trunk, Dad walked out and hugged me and said,

" Congrats Meg... I am so proud of you baby... come on take me, and mom for a drive"

Mom had nothing to say, as Dad had said me to drive them on a drive, she quietly got in the back seat and Dad sat with me in the passenger seat...

I started the car, waved to my Uncle, and he smiled and winked at me...he should have already spoken to Dad, I took them on a long ride and came home after half an hour, as we reached Aunt Jenet was serving lunch to my Uncle and aunt, we joined them after washing up.

I got a call from Olivia after a week,

"Megan, I have reached K City... I will pick you up at your house in an hour, let's meet..."

"Hi, Ollie, I will meet you in church ground, you come there, call Daniel too, James bro is coming right, you three walk there, I have a surprise there for you all..."

"what's it, Megan, tell me...please...please "

"It's a surprise to all of you, and my treat today, so even you have to wait" as I said, I cut the call.

I went to my dad's study, where he was talking some business with my uncle.

"Dad, Olivia is come to meet her parents, can I go to meet her, will hang out for some time with her and James bro, I will be back before 7 p.m"

"Ask you Mom, Meg...if I say ok, she will be like I spoil you a lot"

"Dad, mom won't allow, you talk to her please"

"Okay, come I will be in the living room with your Uncle, you ask her, if you need help, we will talk" he winked...

I nodded and went to the kitchen, to see my aunt and mom cooking with the help of aunt Jenet, I called my Mom,

"Mom, Olivia is back from H city, can I go to meet her, and James bro, for some time, will be back by 7 pm, even Reily and Ray are coming"

my mom gave me a stare, and said,

"What you will do till 7 pm, can't you meet her for half an hour, and come back, I will ask Dad to drop you"

"Come on, Mom, I haven't met her for nearly three months, we have so much to catch up with, and why would I need Dad to drop me, I can drive myself"

"What you want to drive...No way, you can only go with your Dad"

I looked at my Dad for help...

"Darling, what are talking about, let her go meet with her friends, it's been a very long time, she has met with anyone, and she even holds a driving licence with the latest edition car, Why should I go with her"

"What are you talking about, how can you send her alone, is it safe"

My uncle finally spoke, "Sister in law, she's a grown-up and responsible child, no need to worry about her, and she drives well, let her go"

My mom reluctantly accepted after my aunt also spoke for me... I left my house after I got dressed in a new dress that I bought in B City, I also messaged Ray and Riley before leaving, asking them to come to church ground...

I reached church ground in my New MBW M3...

Daniel Pov

I got a call from Olivia after a really very long time,

"Hi Daniel Bro, how are you, long time... I have come to K City, I heard from Megan you joined a new job, how is it going, and another thing, Megan as asked all of us to be in church ground in an hour, she as a surprise for us and then she's even treating us this evening"

"What's that she wants us to be surprised of...Olivia, I thought she's only coming tomorrow, anyway I will be there in another half an hour, come early, we have a lot to catch up"

I disconnected the call and got ready to go...meet my little goblin, it's been weeks seen her...I missed her like hell, and she's calling everyone...I shook my head as I walked to my closet, I pulled out my black shirt and blue jeans, I was casually dressed, wore a sneaker, left my shirt untucked with the sleeves rolled up, top two buttons, unbuttoned to show my collarbone, I walked out to see my whole family sitting in the living room watching some Koren Drama, I ignored them and walked to church ground.

I was thinking of our first meet near the gate.... all the memories flooded like a wild river...I missed her even more.

As I reached, I saw Megan's useless friend's car entering the ground, and saw Olivia and James sitting on the stone bench near the old tree, when the car stopped, the two idiots walked out of the car, as soon Olivia saw them, she jumped up...and ran to them and hugged as Megan did.....James smiled and shook his head, as I walked to him, he said,

"Nothing changes..."

as we both were talking about our work, We saw a Metallic Grey BMW M3 with a white bow, entering the gate..... I was wondering who owns such a costly car in this place, maybe someone is here to visit the church, but when I saw the person driving it...not only me but all of us were flabbergasted.....is it Megan driving?????
