Jayde didn’t get a chance to question the tin-man before he was leading her up the staircase. She was quite winded when they got to the top, gasping in breath in a way that made it hard to even consider asking him anything. He didn’t wait very long for her to regain her ability to breath before continuing down the hallway either. So, Jayde followed silently and plotted out ways to escape as she took in the house - mansion? - as they walked down the ginormous hall.
The floors were simple wood, with off-white walls that held expensive looking paintings every so often on them. There weren't any windows, however, so Jayde didn’t have a chance to see where exactly they were.
