Is He Never Going To Stop?

Winston's Villa

Grandma Winston and Grandpa Winston sat down in the dining room waiting for their grandson to join them for breakfast.

"He is not in his room," The maid reported after knocking for almost an hour on his door.

Grandma Winston frowned and wondered why he would have gone out so early. Was he angry about last night?

"What's today's date?" Grandma Winston asked when he saw his wife frowning.

She thought for a while before she remembered the date and opened her mouth."Ohh! now I know"

Both of them were suddenly quiet. They were wondering why he was still doing this after eighteen years.

"Is he never going to stop?" Grandpa Winston asked no one in particular.

Grandma Winston was also about to ask the same question. They thought as time went by he must have forgotten about her but now it looks like he will never forget her.

"I am also wondering the same thing"

Both of them were worried about it but there was nothing they could do to stop it at this point.

Grandpa Winston was sad because he was later unable to adopt the little girl. Maybe if he had adopted her earlier, her real family would not get her before them. Nevertheless, It was a good thing she reunited with her family.

The only problem was that Vincenzo refused to stop thinking about her. He refused to take any other woman seriously.

"Grandma, Grandpa" A sonorous voice sounded in the dining room. The two oldies turned to see the person with such a familiar voice.

A young girl in her early twenties walked towards them with a large grin plastered on her seductive face. She had lots of makeup on her face which hid her natural beauty.

Grandma Winston was unhappy to see her. They scrunched up their faces but quickly hid it again. They knew she was up to no good. Was she here to make trouble again?

"Why is Tracy here? Has Vincenzo not broken up with her?" Grandma Winston asked, facing her husband.

He gave her a look that made her know that she was the cause of this. "Why are you asking me? Didn't you bring her to get married to your grandson?"

After throwing the words at her, Grandpa Winston stood up from the dining room. She looked at him, helplessly. How could he abandon her to deal with this bag of trouble alone?

"Are you leaving me here?" She asked him.

He looked at her and smiled when she asked the question," I'm leaving you with your future daughter in law"

She threw him a glare before muttering to herself, "She can never be my daughter in law"

She was about to cry already because first, the girl was a big-time troublemaker and secondly, she was too loud.

"I was only looking for the best way for my grandson to get married and give me a grandchild, I did not commit a crime." Grandmother Winston said to herself.

She was getting frustrated with that grandson of hers!

Tracy Turner finally got to the dining table. She hugged Vincenzo's grandmother from behind and sat beside her in the dining room. She saw that they were about to have breakfast.

"This looks good." She said and she started serving herself.

Grandma Winston gave her a look of disdain unknown to her as she started eating like someone who was starved. Ever since Vincenzo was caught on that little girl, he had been dating different girls that look like her, not minding their background.

But they never lasted more than three or five days. When Grandma Winston saw that he was still with Tracy for a long time, she decided to draw them closer in hopes of getting them married. Although Tracy's family wasn't influential or wealthy, she decided to accept her.

It turned out that she wasn't what they expected and Fortunately for them, Vincenzo also broke up with her.

Grandma Winston sighed and waited patiently to hear what she has to say.

"Why did you decide to visit today? I thought you broke up with my grandson." Grandma Winston asked her.

She paused eating and turned to look at Vincenzo's grandmother.

"Yes we broke up, but am I not allowed to visit?" She asked, sounding pitiful.

Grandma Winston decided to control herself. She thought she sounded too strict so she decided not to say anything that'll offend Tracy again.

"How have you been?" She asked her.

Tracy smiled because that was the type of question she wanted to be asked," I have been doing great since I broke up with Vincenzo. It looks like he wasn't the one for me. It was just a waste of time on a rubbish relationship "

Tracy turned to look at Vincenzo's grandmother to see if she would flare up. She knew they didn't like her anymore but she pretended to sound pitiful.

Vincenzo's grandmother knew that there was no doubt the relationship was rubbish but her grandson was smart and very hardworking. That's all that matters.

She did not find it very offensive because her son did a lot of annoying things to Tracy while they were in the relationship. Tracy was finally done eating and from the look on her face, she enjoyed the breakfast.

"I brought something for you," Tracy said to Grandma Winston, after a little silence between the both of them.

The old woman was wondering what Tracy wants to give to her this time because the last time she came with an engagement card that was later called off.

Tracy brought out an invitation card. Seeing the invitation card, Grandma Winston sighed. She wondered if Tracy was doing all this to gain her grandson's attention. She wondered what this invitation card was for.

She tried to peek at it but she moved her neck the moment Tracy turned to look at her, smiling.

"Here, it's an invitation to my wedding," Tracy said, handing her the card.

Grandma Winston stared at her in surprise. Was she truly getting married?

*******

Grandma Winston was shocked to hear that Tracy was getting married. It wasn't an engagement but a marriage invitation. She collected the invitation card from her and looked at it very well before facing the proud-looking Tracy.

"You are getting married?" Grandma Winston asked.

Tracy smiled and nodded her head. She looked excited about it and she was not joking.

"Yes, I'm getting married next month," Tracy said excitedly.

She brought three invitation cards and handed them to Grandma Winston. She was still in shock and it was obvious from the way she was looking at the invitation card.

"I-I'm happy for you dear," Grandma Winston said to Tracy with a fake smile on her face.

Although she was happy, she just couldn't be happy because Vincenzo was not even planning to get married! Grandma Winston was surprised that Tracy was about to get married. She never knew Tracy would get over Vincenzo because she was getting obsessed with him and it was becoming annoying,

Though Grandma Winston would have still accepted her as her daughter-in-law as far as giving her a grandchild early, Vincenzo broke up with her later. She was about to cry while looking at the invitation card.

"Is Vincenzo home?" Tracy asked, looking around.

She initially wanted to give the invitation to Vincenzo by herself so that he would know that he was not the only guy and there are other guys out there that wouldn't hesitate to have her. That's why she did the first drama of engagement. But when Vincenzo was not shaken by it, she called it off.

This wasn't a real marriage. She was just trying to see Vincenzo's reaction to her marriage invitation. She believed that he still love her and would be over with that stupid obsession of his.

The unknown childhood lover.

Could it be that he had gone to the orphanage again? She just remembered the date. To mock the old woman, she opened her mouth and started laughing.

"Ohh, he is probably with his non-existent lover waiting for her to appear in the orphanage home," Tracy said, laughing.

Grandma Winston felt attacked when Tracy said this though she was not lying, it was slowly becoming irritating how a grown man keeps waiting for his childhood lover.

Grandma Winston wanted to say something but there was nothing to say because Vincenzo was truly waiting for a non-existent person to show up one day. No one knows if she was dead or alive but he decided to keep waiting for her to show up.

"I decided to come and give you my wedding invitation. I'll be happy to see you there and Vincenzo too," Tracy said to her.

She stood up and gave Grandma Winston a peck on her forehead before walking out of the house.

When Tracy left, Grandma Winston was still finding it hard to believe. That's the fifth girl that had been in a relationship with her grandson that had gotten married!

She was unable to say anything and what shocked her the most was that they always end up getting married the moment he breaks up with them.

The only person who was a little late was Tracy and she was about to get married too. Why wasn't Vincenzo getting married? She started thinking of what to do to make sure Vincenzo gets married this year.

"I have to do something real quick," Grandma Winston said to herself and dropped the invitation on the dining table.

After thinking for a while, she decided to go ahead with what she had told him earlier as she waited patiently for that grandson of hers.
