Breaking the wedding news to Mia

The next morning;

   I went down to have breakfast, The devil was already on his seat, Seeing him made me think  of the kiss we shared yesterday.

   Good morning" I greeted him and sat down. He did not respond to my greetings. 

  Logan! Can auntie Vivian and Mia come for the wedding tomorrow? I asked him while we ate breakfast.

   You want them to come witness a fake wedding munchkin? He asked.

   I know it's a fake marriage but I still need them present especially Mia.

   Okay! But on one condition" Logan said.

Can't you help someone in need without requesting for anything. I said"

  Seems you don't want your auntie Vivian and Mia present at your wedding. Logan said to me.

   Fine! What do you want husband?

Don't you ever challenge my words Marley Grey! You fucking drive me crazy. Logan said angrily but in a calm tone.

    Okay then husband. I said gritting my teeth.

   Deal! See you later munchkin! He said and left.

  I went back to the room. I took out my phone to call Mia.

  I decided to tell her I will be getting married. 

  Hey Marley… Mia said over the phone.

Hi! How is auntie Vivian doing? I asked.

  She's doing very fine Marley" I miss you so much.

 I miss you too Mia" Actually I called to tell you something.

   What is it? Mia asked.

 Mia I will be getting married tomorrow.

What! Your joking right? Mia screamed surprisingly.

Who are you getting married to and I hope it's not Edwin.

 No Mia it's not Edwin.

  Thank goodness! But Marley, you were in a relationship and you never told me. How long have you even known this guy and now you are talking about marriage

    I know and I'm sorry I didn't tell you about it. Tears were already rolling down my eyes.

Marley" you are getting married tomorrow and you are just telling me now.

  I'm sorry.

It's okay! I will surely be there to celebrate with you, I mean it's your wedding. She said and chuckled. I'm so happy for you Marley.

   Thanks! I said.

 See you tomorrow then my bride. Mia said and we both chuckled

  Anne sat on a chair in her room terrified. 

How dare she take my Logan away from me. She said angrily and smashed her phone on the floor. 

  Logan is mine and mine alone. She said to herself with tears dropping from her eyes.

  He wasn't ready for marriage when we were in a relationship and now he is getting married to that cheap slut.

  I hate that girl, I hate you Marley Grey!.

 Piper came over to the house. We had lunch together.

   Marley" Mum said you will be spending the night at our mansion.

  Okay but why? I asked.

Come on Marley, you are getting married tomorrow and you two can't see each other before the wedding.

  Understood! I said smiling at her.

Marley guess what happened to me last night? Piper asked me happily.

   I don't know, I'm not good at guessing.

Okay so" on my way home, I got a call from Manson" asking if I was free. I said yes.

   He invited me to his place for dinner, we talked and talked then we kissed. She said jumping like a little girl.

  Wow! I told you that he wouldn't be able to withstand your beauty. I said and gave her a hug.

 So what do you want us to do tonight. Piper asked.

  What do you mean? I asked.

  Marley it's your last night of being a single lady, we have to do something fun.

  Okay! Let's go watch a movie then. I said.

   That will be nice since I don't want you getting drunk a night before your wedding.

   Piper and I went to a cinema  to watch a movie. Mother and auntie Rita joined us later.

 Edwin left jersey city after he got a news that Marley wasn't in jersey city.

  He always thought of her and it was driving him crazy. He really wanted to have a taste of her.

  I will make her believe I am in love with her then I will have her on my bed and dump her. He said and laughed.

   Edwin got to Manhattan, he booked a hotel so he could stay.

   He got into his hotel room. I can't wait to have a taste of what your hiding Marley Grey.

  The thought of it made him to smile.

  We all went back home after the movie. Piper, mother and Mrs Rita went to their bedrooms.  When I got a call from Edwin; what do you want? I asked with a calm tone.

  I want you Marley, I'm sorry for what I did and I regret it. I'm in Manhattan right now and I'm going to look for you. I really am in love with you Marley.

   I'm sorry Edwin but it's too late because I'm getting married tomorrow now leave me the fuck alone! I said and hung up on the phone.

   I went into the living room and saw grandma seated on a couch with a glass of wine in her hand.

   I walked towards the stairs; Good evening grandma" 

  Wait! I heard her say. I stopped and went to her front.

  Is that how you greet your elders? Answer me! Grandma commanded. I'm sorry. I pleaded.                                                                 Didn't your late mother teach you how to be respectful. 

 I stood there dumbfounded at what she said, I hated it when someone talk ill about my mum.  Tears rolled down my eyes because I couldn't say anything to her.

   I know very well that you are getting married to my grandson because he is a billionaire.she said and stood up.

  Tell me Marley! She said coming close to me. Where did you learn how to be a gold digger or did your mother teach you.

  Please stop! I said covering my ears with my hands and tears rolling down my eyes. I ran upstairs and went to Logan's bedroom.

   I did not have the time to look at the bedroom because I was crying. I cried till I slept off.
