First day of high school

As I woke up today I felt like I haven't seen anyone in such a long time, believe me it's only been a month and a couple of days. Mom had prepared my breakfast as I finished bathing changed into some new clothes made my bed, I made my way towards the kitchen and ate funny how she still doesn't get how much I don't like fatty foods. It's 07:35 oh boy I'm really late now dear Lord I forgot to call one of my friends for a ride. Ammie I hear someone call out my name outside, it sounds like my ever nagging best friend Lucy she's an amazing person not really tall just 5'1 short black hair brown eyes and really sweet at heart I've never see her fight or be angry with someone yet we have been friends since childhood. I pack my bag and leave the house and there she is prettier than ever and she's got a body of a model unlike me, "hey slacker see you've managed to make us late on our first day Em how could you!?" oh this is one such a drama queen "I'm sorry Lu I was eating breakfast". "You and your excuses let's go remember you still need to search which class you'll be in" oh she's such a perfect student I might be bad for her but she loves me " yes madam if we stand here and listen to your scolding we'll definitely be late got that" she just replied in an irritated tone "I tend to forget how easily you get mad"... "oh come on Lu I'm sorry". She drives us to school since I have zero clue about cars and worse I can't drive but there's a light at every end of the tunnel I know how to start a car that's gotta count for something right so I think. As we drive through the school gates we see a crowd and some girls screaming I wonder what's going on here.
