Not a Fix it fic, of course, some futures will change but the main focus will not be on fixing the future. SI: Mc is not reincarnated into this world Timeline: some characters might be younger or older disclaimer: So, most of this obviously belongs to J.K.Rowling. I'm just writing a fanfiction out of it. *Morpheus pov*

Watching the duels from the stands was a different feeling, what was childish duels in my eyes turned electrifying when sitting with a crowd that cheered and celebrated when winning and still cheered for a loss wishing the duelist to pick themselves up.

It almost made me want to go over to the student section they looked more fun over there.

I watched as two more students took the platform, one was Sirius, and the other was a child named Asha.

The duel started, as usual, the basic spells were cast first to gauge the opponent's strength then moving on to the main strategy.

This is where Asha displayed something no one had seen in the duels before. She was rapidly using her animagus magic switching from human to cat, making it almost impossible for Sirius to land a clear blow.

I would personally switch to spells that affect a larger area in this situation.

"BOMBARDA!" Sirius roared causing the stands to cheer

*BCKRA!* the platform burst into sharks the shockwave launching the just-transformed Asha through the air her cat body yelping in pain

The gray cat shifted mid-air hair turning to skin from a short frame to a large frame. *PAH!* Asha rolled on the ground twisting her body to dodge another stunning spell, "flamma magna!" she hissed lifting herself from the floor

A wall of flames erupted from her wand the heat licked at Sirius's skin he quickly moved his wand in a circle, "Repello!" The shield protected him from the direct scorching flames but he still felt the blistering heat

A small amount of flames rebounded from the shield back at Asha she quickly rolled out of the way and suddenly both students were at a standstill both tired but hungry for the win.

I could see the tension between the two it was palpable the stands were quiet waiting for someone to make the next move.

The potter family looked worried for their son's friend sitting at the edge of their seats waiting for someone anyone to make a move.

My eyes glided back to the platform right as Asha moved she pounced like a tiger moving toward Sirius his eyes widened as he backed away.

Her wand began to move.

"Iem" She swished her wand, "van," the wind behind Asha began to pick up violently, "Stupefy!" Sirius yelled, his voice cracking with urgency. He backpedaled, trying to gain some distance from Asha's advancing form. But she was quick, her reflexes sharp, and she dodged the stunning spell with a graceful twist. She didn't stop moving, her feet barely touching the ground as she closed the gap between them.

Asha thrust her wand forward with a fierce determination. "Duisend Snitte!" she incanted, her voice rising above the roar of the wind. The spell's power manifested instantly, the wind surging forward and breaking off into hundreds of miniature wind scythes, each one razor-sharp and deadly. The air shimmered with the translucent blades, their edges glinting menacingly in the dim light.

What a nasty spell for a student to know.

I could see the panic began to creep into his thoughts as he realized the sheer number of scythes heading his way. "Repello!" he shouted, aiming his wand at the incoming barrage. A shield charm burst forth, deflecting some of the wind scythes back towards Asha, but there were too many. The relentless onslaught overwhelmed his defenses, and soon, small cuts began to appear on his skin, each one stinging sharply.

Asha pressed her advantage, her eyes narrowed with focus. She could see the strain on Sirius's face, the way his movements were becoming more frantic. "Confringo!" she cried, launching a Blasting Curse at him. The spell hit the ground near his feet, erupting in a shower of sparks and debris. Sirius was thrown off balance, stumbling as he tried to regain his footing on the treacherous platform.

Gritting his teeth against the pain, Sirius retaliated. "Expelliarmus!" he bellowed, his wand aimed straight at Asha. The Disarming Charm shot forward, a beam of red light streaking through the air. Asha managed to deflect it with a quick flick of her wand, but the force of the spell pushed her back a few steps, giving Sirius a moment to regroup.

I could see the blood trickling from his cuts on Sirius's arms and face, the sting of each one a reminder of how dire his situation was. He needed to end this quickly.

With a deep breath, he focused all his remaining strength. "Protego durus!" he chanted, summoning a powerful protective barrier around himself. The shimmering shield expanded, absorbing the remaining wind scythes and giving him a brief respite.

Asha's eyes flashed with determination. She wasn't going to let Sirius off that easily. She began to weave another complex spell, her wand movements precise and deliberate. "Incendio!" she shouted, conjuring a stream of fire that snaked towards Sirius, the flames dancing with an intense heat.

Sirius, protected by his barrier, could feel the heat of the flames as they licked against the shield. He knew he couldn't stay on the defensive forever. Summoning his courage, he prepared his next move. "Aguamenti!" he countered, sending a torrent of water to douse the flames. Steam hissed and billowed as the two elements clashed, creating a thick fog that enveloped the platform.

Using the cover of the fog, Sirius moved swiftly, his footsteps silent against the stone. He circled around, trying to get a clear shot at Asha. His heart pounded in his chest, each beat echoing in his ears. He had to be smart, had to find a way to turn the tide of the duel.

As the fog began to clear, Asha caught a glimpse of movement out of the corner of her eye. She turned just in time to see Sirius emerge from the mist, his wand aimed directly at her. "Petrificus Totalus!" he cast, the Full Body-Bind Curse zipping through the air with precision.

Asha reacted instinctively. "Protego!" she cried, her shield charm materializing just in time to deflect the curse. The force of the spell pushed her back, but she held her ground, her eyes meeting Sirius's with a steely resolve.

Sirius's eyes trailed from Asha and met Severus they looked at each other and Sirius shook his head almost as if he was apologizing.

Sirius knew this was his moment.

Summoning every ounce of his remaining strength, he pointed his wand directly at Asha. "Levicorpus!" he shouted, casting the spell with a flick of his wrist. Faced with the unfamiliar spell the incantation struck true, lifting Asha off her feet and suspending her in mid-air, her body hanging helplessly by an invisible force. Before she could react, Sirius followed up with a swift "Expelliarmus!" The spell tore Asha's wand from her grasp, sending it spiraling through the air to land with a clatter far out of her reach. With Asha disarmed and immobilized, Sirius took a deep breath, his heart pounding with the adrenaline of victory. The duel was over; he had won.
