According to him, the shop had everything set up including the business certificates which after everything was done I could go to the Financial Bureau to update the business information but he assured me that it wasn't a very difficult process and he had contacts that could make everything go smoothly. Of course he became amenable because he realised that I had no intention of making this a long business talk and pricing wars so he appreciated this straightforward and fast transaction. After agreeing on everything including a free parking space I got the place for the same 350,000 dollars and we signed the documents. As I was transferring the money to his account I selected the 100x consumption cashback in my inventory and the system responded.

I forced a smile and just told them that I was excited because I was doing all this to retire my mom. Upon seeing my confused look, Monica explained that one of the property developers was sitting right next to me. After about a minute, he had a genuine smile on his face and said that they were still developing the last villas for the rest of the landscape and I was lucky I met him because he would reserve one for me. I was asked to come to their office building in the city centre to pay the deposit and when it was time, I would get a call to look at the place and pay the rest of the money. The total amount was 25 million and a deposit of 5 million was needed. I agreed and exchanged contacts with him before leaving the office with the property certificates. All that was needed now was to go to the bureau and change the business information and then decoration and stock up the shop. But that was for tomorrow because I was dead tired and it was late afternoon so I called a taxi back home. It was 10 am when I left and was now 5 pm and the family will be back soon.
