CHAPTER 32

When he put his baggage in the trunk next to mine, I started to speak, but my focus rapidly went to watching the enticing sight of his back muscles contracting under his shirt. His well-made dress shirt caught my attention up close because of the faint gray pattern.

It was properly fashioned to highlight his wide shoulders and slim waist without having any extra fabric. His polished dark gray jeans were impeccable. With his fitted and dry-cleaned apparel making him enticing, it was obvious that he never bothered with menial duties like cleaning laundry. Who could blame him?

"Stop. Stop!" As he slammed the trunk shut, jolting me back to reality, I mentally berated myself. He patiently waited for me to enter before quietly locking my door when I gave him the keys and turned to go. I sarcastically said, "Yeah, you're a true gentleman."
