~Commentator POV~

-commentator 1-

Hello everyone and welcome to the stadium where the finals of the international volleyball league will be held tonight between the two contenders, the underdog Japan and the yearly contender Brazil. I hope we will get to see a beautiful match and not just a beatdown like last year in the finals.

-commentator 2-

Indeed I hope we will get to see beautiful and long rallies between the two top teams this year. And while we were talking HERE THEY ARE, THE TWO TEAMS ARE COMING THROUGH THE DOOR AND ENTERING THE STADIUM WHERE THEY WILL Play, LET'S HOPE EVERYTHING GOES ACCORDING TO PLAN FOR BOTH TEAMS.

~Takahiro Ryu POV (MC)~

*phew*

'Here we are the finals of the championships where we will get to know who will win it all, it' s just behind these doors. '

~3rd person POV~

While Ryu thought that the team opened the door where they saw the field and went to the bench next to it.

The whole field was made out of wood so the players could dive easier because there is less friction.

As they were walking in the stadium, on the other side with their yellow jerseys were the players of Brazil who were looking around while scanning the crowd of supporters sitting in the stands just to see that it was more or less even between the two team's supporters.

The whole stands were a colour mix of yellow and red while in between there were Japanese as well as Brazilian flags.

Both teams got to their sides of the field and started preparing for their warm-up while also switching to their match jerseys that had their respective national flags on them.

As they were doing their warm-ups the two referees arrived and started preparing for the coin toss while at the same time calling for the team captains.

~referee POV~

"Captains come here for the coin toss" I yelled while looking around both teams to see where their captains where. While looking around I spotted the famous sport prodegy Takahiro Ryu walking up to me.

'So Japan chose Takahiro as their captain while Brazil has their usual captain'.

"Hello sir let's have a good match" said Takahiro which the Brazilian repeated while at the same time giving me a handshake.

(everyone that watches volleyball please forgive me since I don't really watch it and so I don't know anything the volleyball in real life and neither do I know the players)

"As Brazil is the invited party and Japan is the host, we will let Brazil choose whether they pick head or tails" I say.

"Brazil will go with head" responded the Brazilian.

"Then we have decided that Japan will choose tail" I said while trowing the coin in the air and catching it.

(BTW I did a spin online to choose if it would be head or tails)

~3rd person POV~

"the coin landed on tails which means Brazil can choose whether to serve or to receive" said the referee in charge of the coin toss.

The Brazilian crowd began cheering when they heard that.

"We choose to serve" said the Brazilian captain.

Takahiro nodded and gave a new handshake to re referee and the other captain.

*whistle*

Takahiro walked back to the bench on his side and at the same time the referee whistled to signal the end of the warm-up and so both teams went to their respective benches.

"We will receive" said Takahiro to his team and the coach. They all began listening to what the coach said.

"Everyone here knows we are the underdogs since we have not yet gotten the title for first place with this new team, but that doesn't mean we'll lose" started the coach "while the other team comes to the finals almost every year which means they are clearly a powerful team, but that does not mean we 1re any less powerful, so go out there and play to your heart's content".

"Yes coach" x15

"Now bow and go to your positions"

While the Japanese coach was speaking something similar happened on the other side of the net where the Brazilian coach was cheering on his team and getting them ready for the game.

Both teams stood up and stood at both ends of the field while waiting for the referee to give the signal to step on the field.

*whistle*

"Both teams please step on the field while showing me your number" said the head referee while both teams did as he said.

As the players stepped on the field the commentators started speaking again and introducing the players to the audience.

"Here he comes, the player that is known as a sports prodigy, THE TAKAHIRO RYU, who made sure each and every team he plays in, it doesn't matter what sport, went to the finals since he is the master of all sports" said the first commentator while the second one said, "today he will be playing as the wing spiker for the national team and probably the reserve setter as he is known to be able to play any position to perfection".

When the commentators presented both teams and they were ready and on the right spots of the field the referee blew his whistle to start the game but not before both team's middle blockers switched their positions with the libero, the defense specialist of the team.

*whistle*

The Brazilian team did the first serve and it went directly to the cross path of the Japanese team where the setter needed to pass the defender, which made it so that the defender couldn't properly receive the ball and the first point went to Brazil.

The second serve went to the libero who picked up the ball and played it beautifully to the setter who set a perfect set to Takahiro and he sent the ball straight to the ground and got Japan the first point.

"And here it is the beautiful vertical spike from the sports prodigy, the Brazilian team couldn't do anything against it" yelled the commentator.

This continued on for a while and both teams kept getting points until the first team got to match point with 24-22 on the board. Japan was getting ready to serve since they made the last point which was also set point and got the ball just over the net, just as the ball was about to fall down a hand got under it and got it back up to Brazil's setter. The rally continued for a while until Takahiro got the ball again and sent it straight on the line.

*thud* was the only sound that was heard as the ball fell on the ground and the Japanese supporters started cheering.

*whistle*

"Japan takes the first set against Brazil with a well-placed spike from Takahiro that won them the set" said the commentator.

Both teams switched sides and got ready to play the second set.

~Takahiro POV~

*phew*

'That was a difficult but satisfying first set where I coul-'

*ugh*

*cough* *cough*

'What the hell my chest hurts all of a sudden'

I could feel my heart beat extra loud and I started to feel hot while at the same time sweating a lot.

*huf* *huf*

I breathe with difficulty.

*heuuuuuup*

I inhale a lot of air and wait a few seconds before exhaling.

*huuuuuuu*

This helped a little and I felt less pain in my chest

*whistle*

All of a sudden I heard the whistle signaling the start of the second set out of 5.

~3rd person POV~

While Takahiro was having his little crisis his team got together and listened to their coach for the second set.

"Say coach, doesn't Takahiro have to hear this?" asked player #3

The rest of the players agreed with him but the coach said it wasn't a problem, and so they strategized for the second set until they heard the whistle.

They all got ready on the field, and so the second set started.

This set Brazil fought harder and they were winning 16-11.

*bonk*

At that moment all players heard a sound and stopped playing to look at the soundonly to see Takahiro lying on the ground while clutching his chest.

Everyone in the stadium looked at him until the commentate yelled at someone to call an ambulance.

Meanwhile in Takahiro's mind

~Takahiro POV~

'What is happening it hurts so much' he thought while hyperventilating and clutching his chest.

All the sounds around him were soft like whispers and his eyes started seeing black.

~ambulance POV~

"SIR HE IS FLATLINING" screamed a nurse.

"Start CPR since we aren't in a hospital we can't do anything else because we don't have the essential equipment" said the doctor.

*push*

*huf*

*zap*

"I am sorry sir but it has been 10 minutes and we still don't have a heartbeat back, we can only pronounce him as deceased" apologised the nurse

*sigh*

The doctor sighed and took out a notebook and started writing in it.

"Saturday at 5:36 pm, patient Takahiro Ryu has been clinically pronounced deceased" said the doctor

~3rd person POV~

And that was how Takahiro Ryu died because of a heart attack.

*Phew* OK I didn't know writing would be so difficult and tiring but still here is the first chapter and I think it is a pretty long one so thank you all for reading this
