Are we really enemies?

Shouldn't we go back? I said with a confused look on my face looking at Wang Lixin's eyes.

Fen: Wang Lixin, I'd want to ask you a question. But just don't kill me.

Lixin: If you say it quickly, I won't.

Fen: Who is the girl who explains all the regulations if you transmigrated us all there?

"Hey little fellows...The next round will now begin. But first I should set the rules so we don't have any misconceptions.

1. You will have two rounds a day.

2. I will assure you a shelter,food and a place to take a bath.

3. If you try and disobey my rules you're gonna be assassinated.

Got it? Let's start with the explanation,in this round your gonna need to use all of your dance knowledge about waltz. You need to get in pairs and dance it,but the people that don't know how to dance it and the people that will make a mistake and especially the ones that aren't in a pair will be killed. You have 5 minutes to get in pairs.

Fen: What should we do??

Li Jie: Fen, don't worry I'll dance with you. Lixin you can dance with Mei.

Lixin: What if I refuse?

Mei: There isn't any time to refuse! We're gonna die if you do!

Lixin: Ok,then I'll dance with you.

Panic settled into the room as people were desperately trying to get a partner that will dance with them,the majority didn't know how,some didn't get to have a pair and some just killed themselves with the glass that fell after a broken wardrobe was thrown.

Lixin: 1900 players left.

Mei: If it continues like this we're gonna have to kill ourselves too.

Lixin: There is no need for this,there are 5 survivors allowed,we don't need to fight eachother until only one remains.

"Now that you're all paired up let's start! But what do we have here some players didn't get to pair? Why didn't you pair with eachother? I guess it's because you don't know how to dance it."

"1,2,3 LET'S START"

The calming song of waltz started,our bodies making contact as we start to dance, I've never felt like this while dancing before,is it because I haven't done it in a long time? As a prodigy I was always supposed to know everything this is why I took dance class but the dance never felt that calming, our eyes being connected,why does it even feel this calming?

People from other spots in the room were getting killed for little mistakes but we danced as if we were in a ballroom,blood flowing between us, covering parts of our garmets,our eyes slowly closing giving us the feeling of paradise. Us being enemies made me wonder,is this how enemies should treat eachother? With love?

Pieces of glass flying from the ceiling only made the dance more pleasant as we Dodged every piece. The dance ended with me being in a hug like position with him...I never knew that this would happen.

"Wow, you lovebirds,what a surprise. I didn't expect you two to stay alive, especially you Lixin,after bossing around almost every game I didn't think you woud survive the moment you aren't in control. But you did. Anyone that is in here will get a room that can shelter four people,you can discuss your strategy, you're gonna be four in a room because I've seen that some of you made teams with four people in them."

Lixin I think you were smart enough to keep the key I gave you earlier."

Lixin: I kept it, I'm not stupid.

"If you say so."

It's huge!! Said Fen with an amazed look,her eyes only looking at the portraits on the walls,the portraits were painted with Linseed oil and vibrant colours.

Mei: Those portraits look familiar...These are my portraits!

Lixin: Exactly,I couldn't help myself so I took some of your portraits.

Mei: But how? These are from the high school exposition!

Lixin: I had a small talk with your art teacher and he gave some to me and before I transmigrated you here I designed this room specially for you.

Li Jie: Wow! You painted those? They are so cool,the tiger on the middle painting is very good looking.

Fen: And the people from the top one are very detailed! You're an amazing painter!

Mei: Thanks.

Fen: When we get out of this world I would like to get to know you better,Mei.

Li Jie: Same here.

Mei: If we manage to get out of here.

Waking up with the window open, feeling the cold breeze going through every inch of the huge shelter,Fen and Li Jie had some things to do since we can chat with eachother they decided to go and chat with a fellow that came in this game by his own decision.

Me and Lixin were still there,not so close but still at a visible distance,the waltz from yesterday is still going through my mind like an unforgettable memory,the calm feelings start to flow in my body again.

"Would you like to dance with me again?"

I don't dance. I said with a bored look on my face,his injury caused by one of the pieces he couldn't dodge was still visible on his face,more visible than it should be,his sight towards me could only lead me to paradise.

Suddenly the room gets dark and his hand makes a sign,it looked like he's insisting. I give in,our bodies making contact again as a warm sensation covers my entire being, I didn't feel like the world was falling on me and I also didn't feel like I was hating him with all of my heart,my feelings were a mix between love and hate. My eyes closing as I felt peace,I fell into the bed with him on top of me,my dress being slowly unfolded by his soft hand, his hand searching for the bra straps and after that searching for the panties. Our bodies were playing a game while his tongue played with my chest,my soft nipples getting roughly attacked.

I think we should stop before Fen and Li Jie arrive!

"Who says I care? If they want they can come and watch. I would like to get public."

Public? Are you out of your mind?

"Just cooperate my pretty lady."

Fen: Did you enjoy your time together?

Lixin: We sure did. Isn't that right Mei?

My words were stuck, doing something that nasty couldn't ever bring me to say a word I was disgusted not only by the fact that I liked it but also by the fact that I had it with an enemy.

Fen: Mei, you're not going to say anything?

Mei: Actually,I don't even know what I should say.

Fen: Aren't we supposed to go to participate to the next round?

Lixin: No,today is a free day,the next rounds are gonna start by tomorrow.

Fen: Then what we gonna do today?

Lixin: How about we get to know eachother better so we can become friends?

I'll go first: I'm Wang Lixin and I'm 22. I always wanted to become a great game creator which obviously is the thing I've already become.

Mei: Well,as you know I'm a painter. I'm Wu Mei and I'm 20.

Fen: I'm Fen Suo and I'm 19. I always liked pets!

Li Jie: Well I'm Li Jie and I'm 21, I Always liked to help other people.

Lixin: Interesting. So then I guess you do really have any hobby

The hours have passed and night has already come,there were 2 beds since we were 4 and I had no choice but to sleep with Lixin.

As I was about to fall asleep, someone grabs me by the waist.

It's him

Just because of what we did that doesn't mean we're lovers or something. I said while whispering

"I know. I'm just playing with you by grabbing your waist I'm trying to make you feel embarrassed."

"Leave you alone? You got to be kidding me,when did you see an enemy leaving its prey?"

I'm not your prey and you're also not a hunter... It's not like you can hunt me.

*A room full of diamonds and a candle that was all that was left for us, trapping each of us in a dream-like world. Trapping 6 of the eleven survivors. We finally see it,the door!

Fen was by Lixin's side, which made me envious. Her innocent appearance vanished, leaving her apparition to be known as a non-innocent personality. When Fen saw Li Jie sacrificing his life for us, she threw a piece of glass at him, piercing through his skin. Tears streamed down my cheeks as her lips locked with Lixins in a passionate kiss.*

"Mei! Mei!"

I wake up sobbing and trembling. As I see her face,Fen's face was right above me looking at me with a worried expression.

"What happened you weren't waking up,did you dream about something,did you have a nightmare?"

Without taking a minute to think about it I put my hand on her face and push her into the wall,her head making contact with the wall could only result in an injury.

"Ouch,Mei what happened? What did I do?"

You know damn well what you did! I don't want to hear your shitty excuses.

"But I didn't do anything I was just trying to wake you up..."

"It's not that simple as it sounds though,you need to have a little bit of survival skills because you're gonna face obstacles.

2. This round will take 3 days.

A player, suddenly asks a question:

"The first task will be to feed the shark...as you can see, the shark is in the aquarium."

"Was there ever an aquarium?"

"There wasn't before, but there is now. There are several pieces of meat on this table; choose one and enter the aquarium to feed the shark because there can't be a door or a place to climb. I'll give you 5 minutes to decide which of you will sacrifice themselves to complete the first chore for the others in your team."

Li Jie: I'll go clear this round!

Mei: I'll go.

Li Jie: But Mei, it's too dangerous.

Mei: And if you clear the task wouldn't it be dangerous too?

Lixin: Mei is right let her clear the task.

Fen: Just be careful,okay?

The round started. The first person to enter was an elderly man who most likely went there solely to make his team proud if he succeeds. As he entered the aquarium, he selected a piece of pork meat. Everything was fine at first, until the shark bit him in response, slicing him in half.

As the water turns red, his blood staining it.

The second person to enter was a delicate lady, whose beautiful blue dress distinguished her as a possible heartbreaker. As she enters the water, her perfume can be smelled from a long distance away. She delicately picks a piece of beef that has most likely been there for a long time. She enters gracefully and succumbs. The oxigen tube she was wearing was fine until she bended over to the shark, she knew she shouldn't bend because the shark would be provoked by every little move, she just didn't want to live and this feeling could be felt even from a fair lady.

The shark was clearly aware of her presence and responded by biting her hand off.

I need to think logically about what could distract the shark so that he doesn't kill me or worse, leave me without a hand.

Could it be that the shark doesn't look like a real shark? Is it a piece of machinery? All I need to do now is find the key.

Then, as I walked up the stairs built on the left side of the aquarium, I put on the oxigen tube.
