The Woman in the Satin Dress
"I haven't the slightest clue who they might be and I haven't seen them at any of the County meetings either. Besides, they don't seem like they're from around here," whispered one of the nobles in the crowd.
"Perhaps they came with the Minister? After all, the large gentleman looks like he's from Opantar," replied his colleague, before taking a sip from his glass.
The dining hall was swarming with nobles gossiping and whispering amongst themselves. Though a good hand full of them were talking about the family, most of them had their attention drawn towards a woman wearing a red satin dress -who was currently talking to the Count at the other end of the dining hall.
"Isn't that the Minister's right hand?"
"I heard she was almost awarded the title 'keeper of Lightning' after the war, though to betray your own country for another..." Though they said this, their eyes still looked at her with lust.
