The scene Luciv expected to see wasn't exactly envisioned like this.
Eve was blatantly staring at his shadow guard while Tetra was sweating nervously. He was aware Tetra was one not to be afraid or nervous easily, but looking at the situation at hand, he started to question his belief.
"What are you doing?" he asked. Despite his amusement at watching Tetra losing his cool, he couldn't ignore his quiet plea for mercy.
"Staring at him," Avina answered, without hesitation. It was obvious what she was doing; didn't need one to have brain cells to know that.
Luciv sighed. "Well, I can see that. I'm asking why."
"Because he annoys me," Avina said.
Tetra's eyes widened in surprise. He looked at Avina, asking with his eyes what he did wrong.
Luciv struggled to hold the snicker rising within him. "And how did he annoy you? I'll gladly have him compensate you."
