After Lilly calmed down and V was set free from the blanket, everyone went inside the Dove after a little bit of preparation.
Morgan and Chrys then controlled the craft and headed for the skies.
The aircraft took a couple of hours to land and when it landed, it was just a kilometer from what looks to be a town.
Hela, Loki, who was one Hela's right shoulder, V, and Lilly reluctanly got out.
Lilly waved goodbye to the girls and Morgan, and gave Chrys an annoyed snicker as she headed out the door on the back of the craft.
Lilly's group outside looked at the town in the distance with pained expressions.
They then heard a maniacal laughter from behind them. "Hahahaha!"
They turned around and saw Chrys standing inside the aircraft while laughing at them as the back door of the craft slowly closed.
"That piece of shit!!!" V and Lilly simultainously cursed as the aircraft slowly ascended.
While V and Lilly was looking up at the aircraft with hatred and disgust. Hela reached up for them, looking like a child on their first day in school.
After having left the others, the rest enjoyed their ride in silence.
Rose then spoke. "I can't tell if I'm thankful for this silence or I'm lonely because of it."
Amber then turned to her and said. "Why not both? No one's stopping you."
Miya giggled to herself before she chimed in and said. "Hehehe, Amber, Rose. I think what Lilly said is true."
The two girls who's names were called, turned to look at her.
Seeing their attention focused on her, Miya continued. "The others influence is kinda rubbing on us. Not too long ago, we usually didn't talk like this."
Rose and Amber's face formed an expression of shock and realisation while they said. "Oh my God!"
Meanwhile, in the cockpit. Morgan asked Chrys monotonuosly while she held her bow with one hand and the other on the steering. "Are we bad influences?"
Chrys revealed a smirk and said. "Nah, we're the best influence of all time~"
After that exchange with Chrys and Morgan, the aircraft drove for hours while it emitted a bunch of loud noises.
Not because the usual suspects, but because the three girls was playing in the back after Morgan gave them permission to play, as the aircraft was flying steadily.
They played like little children, yelling and not giving a care in the world around them.
It seemed like within the two weeks they spent together, they got closer to the point that someone could mistake them for being life-long friends.
Now, it would be a shame if something were to happen to them, right?
Fortunately, after a couple of hours of flying, they landed safely without anything bad happening that would have soured that moment.
They landed a couple of kilometers away from what looks to be an ordinary town.
The buildings are made from mud bricks, stacking on each others almost like they were trying to reach for the skies.
Caravans of people and weird looking animals leaving town while a steady flow of other groups entered the city, taking up their spots.
Someone could tell that it is a bustling city just from the atmosphere and the joy-filled noises coming from it.
Rose looked at the city from a far and said. "Couldn't we have landed closer? We have quite a walk ahead of us."
Morgan camoflauged the aircraft into a mound of sand with a little metal piece sticking out of the ground and said to her. "Any closer, someone might stumble into this aircraft."
"Yes..." Rose replied as she looked at the walk ahead of them. She looked like she was facing her worst nightmare.
Morgan then monotonuosly said to her. "Don't think about it too hard and just do it."
She then looked at the three of the girls and continued. "Also, remember this spot. If an emergency happens, you might have to return to this spot on your own, got it?"
"Got it, Sister Morgan..." The girls replied as they began to head for town.
As they walked, Chrys said. "Yeah, that's a good idea, Morgan. Don't think too hard and just do it. Or..."
As his group stood on what looks to be a hill made out of sand, Chrys continued. "Just have fun while you're at it."
Chrys then slid down the hill, causing the rest of the hill to be disturbed. This made Morgan and the girls to be caught in a sand avalanche.
Of course, they weren't buried like in a normal snow avalanche, but instead just slid down.
They looked like they were having fun as they went down apart from Morgan, who looked blank like usual.
After reaching the bottom with the others, Miya said. "That was fun, like you said."
Amber dusted her clothes off and said. "Yeah, and now we have sand in our clothes."
Rose looked at Chrys with disbelief and asked. "You didn't do this just to annoy Lilly, the one who cleans our clothes?"
"Do I seem like the man to plan that far? Hahaha!" Chrys laughed as he began to walk towards town.
The girls dusted their clothes and began to make their way towards the town while following Chrys' lead, the person who didn't need to dust his clothes because his aura blocked the sand.
After a long walk, that seemed extremly short because of the ways they took to get there. Mainly, walking up a hill and sliding down.
They then entered the busy town.
The voices of vendors ovelapping each other as they tried to attract customers. The growling, mooing, and hissing of the different beast inside the town, echoing through the tightly packed houses.
Chrys looked back at the group he was in and said. "We should have a building set as home base for this town. Take the girls there and check if either Set or Celine is there. I'll go around town on my own.
Morgan then replied. "No..."
"No?" Chrys asked with a confused look on his face.
Morgan then continued. "You're not going alone. Take a girl with you."
"Pfft!" Upon hearing Morgan's statement, Chrys barely continued his laughter.
The girls looked at him with confusion as Morgan asked while wearing a blank look. "Why are you laughing?"
Chrys revealed a smile as he said. "Haha! It's just the way you said it. It sounded like you were handing out toys."
Chrys then began to mimic him handing out something.
This caused the girls to imagined Morgan handing them to Chrys like stuff toys. They couldn't help, but chuckle at the bizzare thought.
"Just take a girl, Chrys." Morgan said as the meter on the bow she tightly grasped, raised a bar.
"Haha! Fine." Chrys replied.
Chrys then turned to the girls. He looked at them in silence before he said. "Eh, don't want to choose. Decide on who will come with me."
Chrys then began walking away without waiting for the girls' decision. The girls looked at each other as he turned his back.
Amber pressed a finger on the tip of her nose which was then followed by Rose, who did the same thing, and was then shortly followed by Miya, who did the exact same thing.
They then simultainously said. "Not it!"
"You were last, Miya." Both Amber and Rose said.
Miya slumped her shoulders and said. "I'm always 'it'. You two are too fast."
Miya then waved them goodbye as she followed Chrys. While Morgan led the other two to somewhere else.
As Miya walked alongside Chrys, she said. "It smells good here, doesn't it?"
Chrys then looked at the place they were at. It was a place were food vendors were set up on either side without any free space other than the path they walked.
"Do you want some food? Here have some money." Chrys said as he gave Miya a hand full of coins.
Miya looked at the coins in her palm as she replied. "Uh... okay."
Miya then searched the place for the stall that had the best smell coming from it. She followed her nose as Chrys followed her.
They went over the stall to the side. Seeing the potential customers, the man behind the counter went up to them and asked. "How can I help, you glorious bastards, eh?"
Miya looked taken aback by the man's way of speaking to his customers. She took a deep breath and said. "Can we order some of the food your selling?"
Seeing Miya's actions, the man behind the counter said. "Right away, glorious lady. Do you want to buy four for the price of three? Perhaps some extra sauces?"
Miya then calmly replied. "Two normals, please."
"Right away, you glorious bastard." The man responded as he began to prepare their order.
Chrys, who was stood beside Miya, just watched the exchange in just utter silence with a small smirk on his face.
The man behind the counter finished preparing the order. He handed one to Miya and offered one to Chrys as he asked. "Is this one for you, her guardian?"
Chrys reached out for the food as he began to reply. "Yeah, I'm-"
But before he could finish his sentence, Miya, who already sunk her teeth onto the food interrupted with. "Yup, I'm his sister. Num, Num."
Her reply caught the man behind the counter off guard.
Chrys revealed a smile, grabbed his food, and messed with Miya's hair as he replied. "Yes, I'm her brother."
Feeling the weight of Chrys' hand on her head, Miya thought while looking annoyed as she continued to chew her food. "Now I get why Lilly doesn't like it when Chrys messes with her hair."
The two of them then began to walk away from the stall as the man behind the counter said. "Thank you for your business. Come back anytime, you ugly bastards."
Chrys then looked back at the vendor with death in his eyes as he said. "Watch it... old man."
The man then laughed and said while looking defeated. "One of these days, someone won't notice."
As Chrys was about to take a bite, he seemed to have noticed something.
He moved the food close to his mouth almost like he's eating it, but he instead, he whispered to Miya. "Miya..."
"Hmm?" Miya looked at him while still eating her food.
Chrys then continued to speak in a low voice. "Someone is on the rooftops, looking very suspicious. Act normal and try to blend in."
Miya nodded seriously as they continued to wander through town while eating their food.
They continued to walk through town and chat about random things, but amidst their conversation Chrys was encrypting messages to Miya.
"Did you know that the reason the roofs in this place is flat is because there's no rain to worry about."
"Oh, that's pretty cool to know." Miya replied, looking genuinely intrigued.
They continued to walk for a couple more minutes. Suddenly, they heard a vase break behind them.
Chrys looked back without a second thought and Miya followed after seeing Chrys move.
"My pot! All of my ancestors ashes! Blown into the wind!" A man, who was standing infront of the shattered pieces of a vase, screamed while pulling out his chest hair.
Chrys let out a giggle at the weird scene, but his eyes were dicreetly scanning the place.
He then said. "Let's get away from here, Miya. There's some 'weird' people around here."
Miya nodded before they continued their walk.
When they were about to cross a bridge over a canal, someone wrapped head to toe in a brown coat stood in the middle of the bridge.
Chrys stopped Miya from going further as they stood right in front of the cloaked figure.
The wind then blew the hood of the person. Revealing a long, straight, brown pile of hair adorning the top of the person's head. Their beautiful tanned brown skin making way for their mouth to form an enchanting smile.
"You're pretty strong, aren't you?" The person spoke in a feminine voice as she raised her head, showing Miya and Chrys their aqua colored eyes with their sclera, the white part of the eye, entirely pitch black like a starless night sky.
