Chapter 10 (Winchell the evil witch)

Khione Star P.O.V.

I didn't leave the place where I'm standing earlier while the others were whispering and the others took out their wand and mom approached me

"Are you okay?"

mom asked me and I just nodded at her and soon the light came back on, the others breathed a sigh of relief and it shone again but thanks to granny, I looked around and I saw a woman and I know who she is

"mom wait a minute I'll just have a look on something"

I said and I left immediately, what is her plan again, why is she here?

and what does she need here? as far as I know she's not invited

I followed her where she was going and I found her at the sacred room of Gramps what will she do there? and why does she know this room?

"What are you doing here?"

I asked her and she was even surprised to see me

"What are you doing here, and why are you here?"

she asked me as her eyebrows met

"You just copied the question I asked, and I should be the one asking that why are you here?"

I asked and I close the door I took my wand that I left here, I also know something about defense somehow and Gramps taught me that

"You can use that thing? I'm just advising you not to use a wand if it's not for you"

she said to me

"Really then thanks for the advice"

I replied to her, wait, why am I so rude now?

"Why are you there where I am, you ruin all my plans do you know that?"

she said with mixed irritation

"Destiny? I don't know but I seem to get happy every time I ruin the plans you say"

I answered and she seemed annoyed because of that

"If you want to live your life longer, don't interfere and just leave."

she said and smoked around I immediately covered my nose and felt the surroundings, is she looking for something inside? she had a chance to escape why hasn't she left this room yet?

and she was about to come out but I stopped her and the smoke slowly disappeared and I could see her well

"Are you leaving right away?"

I asked her and smiled I know what she wanted to take, that's all that's here that Gramps is hiding but he gave it to me, I enclosed her in a big transparent cube but she broke it immediately and before she could leave I hit her on the shoulder she didn't expect that so she jumped to where the guests were who started eating so everyone was surprised by what they saw

"What's going on?"

and Gramps approached the witch he was surprised even everyone here was surprised too by what they saw

"Winchell Sanchez what are you doing here and what happened?"

Gramps asked in astonishment and everyone who close to the Winchell, allegedly released their wand

"Gramps you know her?"

I asked gramps as I approached him and he looked at me as if checking if I was okay

"I saw her wandering inside of the sacred room"

I said again to gramps

"You'll pay for this, I won't allow someone like you to ruin all my plans"

Winchell said threateningly

"Lay a finger on her you'll face your final death"

and she was surprised by what gramps said and her expression changed as if she was hurt

"Aaaaarrgghh!"

she said angrily and suddenly disappeared and everyone was looking at me now, gramps just hugged me and introduced me to everyone that I'm his granddaughter

and the party went on, gramps is the great wizard here in the city and also granny they are one of the heroes in the city so everyone knows them

dad and my brother didn't come because they were busy, mom and I arrived home late at night but my brother Zayne and Dad are still awake, but maybe I was tired so while the four of us were talking in the living room I didn't realize I was fell asleep

"Khione sweetie, wake up already"

mom wakes me up

"Hmm what time is it?"

I asked as I rolled over on my bed

"Get up it's already 6:30 am"

mom replied and I gasped at what I heard

"I'll be late, I will take a quick shower now"

I said to mom and I was in a hurry to get up to take a bath and get dressed then I went down to eat and mom and I were the only ones to have breakfast together, because dad and my brother Zayne left early

"Mom, did dad carry me up to my room?"

I asked mom and she shook her head

"your older brother carried you upstairs"

mom replied, I really love the feeling of having a brother, a mother and a father who love me and I love them too, and someone rang the doorbell and mama looked at who it was

"sweetie it was Reese"

mom said and I hurried and then went out of the house I found Reese leaning on the tree in front of our house she looked cool, Reese is my cool bestfriend and I called her sometimes big sister because she's like my eldest sister and I treat her one but she just really doesn't want to live at home even though mom says she still doesn't want to

"Let's go"

I said after I came out of the gate and she nodded before I forgot it was the first day we would receive missions but if we don't have mission we go to our training class with the others, Reese and I are accelerated together

"What's up, you're so happy today"

she asked me and walked straight

"hmm I'm just happy that there are people like you who are always by my side. I feel safe when I'm with you, my parents, and with my brother, I'm blessed that I have all of you and I don't want to lose anyone of you I will do my best just to protect all of you "

I seriously said she couldn't react immediately so I looked at her, she was also looking at me but she averted her eyes

"your so dramatic, here we are, anyway Ms. Sanchez was missing since the other day"

Reese says, hmm change topic anyway I know where she is I think her evil sister is using her again in her plans, but why does she just agree?

"you're spacing out, are you okay?"

Reese asked and I looked at her

"Yeah I'm okay, come on"

I said to her and as we walked someone spoke to the speaker who was heard all over the campus

"Ms. Khione Star and Ms. Reese from accelerated student please proceed to the principal's office thank you"

and the announcement was repeated, I don't know who spoke and we just went to the principal's office
