As I prepared to meet The King I looked out the window. 'Should I really go, although my mother is the only one who knows. I know my brothers would do everything in their power to make sure that man never hurt me. I personally appreciate that, but I must not underestimate the king.'
As I wait for him to meet me at The Oak Tree where we first met I hear a horse. Only 1 horse.
"Thank you for meeting me, I wasn't sure you'd come." He spoke in a love husky voice.
"I came to say goodbye, nothing more."
"Well let down your hair so I may see it." Held by one single pin, I took the pin out of my hair and let my hair fall down. The smile on the King's face is not one I would recognize. It's one that stood tall, confident. He had a very big ego that is for sure.
He soon started getting closer and closer to me. And soon Edward whispered in my ear....
"I am mad for you Elizabeth" Our noses touching, as he came to help me let my hair down
"I've been thinking about you all day"
Elizabeth Laughed "Shouldn't you be thinking about your battle."
He took off his big coat, lay it on the ground and sat down.
"Join Me" He reached his hand out for me to grab, and I took it. When I sat down right in front of him my back facing his face. He started to Kiss me.
Very Gentle at first...but he started getting rougher. Wanting more, a longing inside told me not to stop. But I knew what type of man Edward could be, my brothers may have been right. I shouldn't have come.
"Edward I can't"
"Who's stopping you" He quickly turned me into a certain position
I attempted to stop him "Edward Stop" but he simply ignored my request, continuing to unbuckle his pants. 'This dashing man sure had everyone fooled with those looks, I wonder how he's treated other woman in the same position as me.' But those woman might have actually enjoyed it.... Not me
"Stop"
"I said stop it" When he did not listen to me I knew I had to do something. I would not allow a man to have power over, although that is the world we live in.
I quickly got up, forgetting that he was even a King. No King should treat a lady like this
Edward however got mad quickly, and It wasn't hard to realize he felt embarrassed.
"You daré deny your king!"
"I will if he is trying to take advantage of me" And then he started to walk closer to me.
"Stand Back!" He will not even listen. Just because he is King does not mean I will listen to his very command. I am a woman I will not be ruled over any a man.
That is when I started to take out my pocketknife...
I wonder what it was like for Elizabeth during this chapter. She of all should be the one embarrassed by the kings actions. Do you guys think Edward went too far? Please tell me in the comment section.
