E class full of psychopaths?

As Yami opened the door to the principal's room he steeled himself for the battle that was to come. It wasn't a physical one, no it was a psychical one.

"You have to be Yami. Well, have a seat."

(Gakuho Asano, the "antagonist" of Assassination Classroom for most of the time. He is a monster on a different level than someone like a powerful fighter such as Lord Ainz or Once-Punch-Man. He is just a normal human who has no super-powers, however, he is still the most formidable foe I could have met in my current state…)

"I take it that you are the chairman. It's interesting to finally meet you."

"Hoho, that's a weird choice of words. You want to apply for this school right, Yami?"

He his fake-smile on while watching Yami. Just from his special way to phrase their greeting the chairman had already seen that this would be more interesting than just a normal review.

"To be precise, I would like to be placed in the class under the "monster", Koro-Sensei is what they call him, right?"

His composure wasn't shaken in the least, but the look in Asano's eyes changed slightly.

"Knowing highly confidential governmental knowledge and even requesting to be sent to the E-Class, I wonder what your background is…"

The looks from the red and violet eyes practically sent sparks flying. Even with just those few, unimportant words, both of them tried to probe each other and read the other person based on their slightest reaction.

"If I told you, it wouldn't be entertaining right? Also, we can just drop the pretext and get to the issue we are just wasting both of our time and we both think that this time could be invested in a better way."

Contrary to his expectations, the smile on Asano's face didn't vanish, it just changed to a more devilish smile, a more real smile.

"Okay. Since you seem to know me oh so well we can stop further introduction and proceed. Why should I get into E-Class?"

Yami's now also smirked, it was a cold and emotionless smirk. He placed both his hands together and imitated the posture of the chairman.

"First, I believe I will be able to save earth from being destroyed by the tentacle-monster. But both of us know that this is just a little perk. Second, I have heard that your son is currently a student in your school, however, don't you think that he could need a bit of motivation? Opposition encourages improvement. Third, how about we see whose teaching-method is truly superior, yours or Koro-Sensei's. And fourth, why don't we test whether I have the qualifications to attend this school or not."

"Hahaha, you indeed seem to understand quite a bit about everything, including myself. Very well, we shall settle this with a small friendly game of chess. It is very popular because of the Rating-Games of the devils so I found an interest in it as well. And if you can beat me I will also think about the hidden condition you laid down."

There was no need for any more words, the chairman put a normal chessboard between the two of them.

"Since you are the challenger I will let you choose color."

"I will graciously accept it. I will pick white then."

Yami wasn't only in his "white form" but he could also use every little bit of advantage he could against an opponent of the principals caliber. Having the first move is something that will always tip the game in one's favour if both parties are good players.

Both of them first started playing a normal game, non giving the other a bit of ground or letting anyone outsmart the other. Slowly the chair-man was able to gain the upper hand by getting the "first kill" at one of the pawns. After a while more they both traded their pawns for another pawn of the enemy.

Both of them were completely focused, the good thing was that nobody would dare to disturb the principal without good reason.

"Gong"

A bell rang, to be precise, the bell of the school rang.

"It seems that even after a whole afternoon and night of playing we will have to end it with a draw."

Indeed, they continued to play their one game for more than half a day. And finally after all this time, the next day of school started.

"Well Yami, I have to say that you impressed me. I will let you attend class E however, I have a small condition. You won't take part in the exams of the tests on the side of the E-class."

"Does that mean that you will accept it?"

"Yes, I also think that this is a good way to compete with Koro-Sensei as a teacher. You may seek me out anytime after the classes have ended."

The "secret condition" was that Yami would be personally tutored by Asano. The meaning behind his third reason was that both Asano and Koro-Sensei would teach him and thus he himself could make the judgement whose method was better. He may be a psychopath however, besides Koro-Sensei, there was no better teacher than the chairman. Yami knew this so why shouldn't he try getting taught by the two people who could make him achieve the best results. Also, he also wanted to know more about Asano's way of doing things. He was ruthless, highly intelligent and very efficient in doing anything while also being charismatic. Those were all traits which would be useful to Yami so he wanted to learn from him. His way of wanting to create "strong" students was a bit similar to Esdeath's cruel way of thinking about strength.

(Right, I wanted to talk with her, but now I spent the whole night competing with this monster of a chairman. Can't do anything about it anyways I'm just going to talk with her at a later date, she won't and can't run away from me anyways.)

Both of them said short goodbyes. Different from the greeting however, both of them had a bit of respect for another now.

The school or rather academy was the biggest one in all of "Japan". It was divided into several areas for different kinds of students. Because each different species and so forth needed a different kind of education. A swordsman shouldn't have to attend a magic-class and a normal human shouldn't need to be part of tournaments in which superpowers are allowed.

For example, there was a class for magicians, for close-quarters-fighters, for beast-tamers and so on. Such specializations are still placed into the same building though. Bigger groups of students like the "Heroes" have their own gigantic building. There were also all-girls buildings which were isolated from the other students like the IS-academy which specializes in mecha-fighting. There are many more so that the whole ground of the academy is so big that it could be a city all on its own that's why it is sometimes also called Academy-city. There are also many dorms all around the main-faculties so most of the students lived in those.

Yami on the other hand didn't attend any of the events mentioned before. This was also the reason why he had to talk with Gakuho Asano since he was the chairman of the specific school which Yami wanted to attend. Each of the different "schools" had their own principal and Gakuho Asano was the person responsible for the… normal humans.

Yes, Yami went to the most boring of all, the completely normal school for completely normal humans without any abilities or anything.

Why? There were several reasons but the most important one was that he didn't really plan to go to a "normal" class.

Although he didn't understand how such a thing could exist in Academy-city Yami went up a mountain. Yes, this was the moutain from Assassination Classroom upon which the classroom of the E-class was located. Different from the anime however, the E-class wasn't a place for bad students, or rather, it was a place where students were placed that were either special in some sense or for one reason or another couldn't attend the other classes.

The other special thing about E-class was without doubt their teacher: Koro-sensei. A "monster" with yellow skin which looked like a human octopus. He was a powerful being with the power to of a speed of mach 20. And if the students weren't able to kill him until graduation he would blow up all of earth. At least that's how it was in the anime. On that note, Yami had a question.

"Eve, how much is the same? After all in this world there should be enough people who have the power to easily kill Koro-sensei if he is only fast. In the anime there were only normal humans so it is understandable that they couldn't catch him but with the overpowered characters here? Also, would he really explode the entire main-world after the graduation of E-class?"

{Indeed, changes had to be made to make it at least this scenario the least bit realistic. Yes, there should be beings that are able to kill Koro-sensei however, God has given Koro-sensei a special ability to counter that: Koro-sensei will gain the speed of whoever attacked him. It is pretty self-explanatory and pretty OP. If the enemy has a speed of mach 60 then Koro-sensei would gain a speed of mach 80, this only lasts for as long as that person is around after that Koro-sensei will go back to mach 20. So at the very least he could always escape so the government has accepted his conditions of teaching E-class. The backstory is pretty similar to the anime, however, God didn't like pure sadness so if he went to your Soul-world, he wouldn't have to be killed and Koro-sensei's lover Aguri Yukimura will be given back to him. God saved her life before she died. However, you will still need to first be able to kill him before he can go into "Paradise". The old man wants you to work and entertain him without just easily solving everything with God's help.}

"And the class is filled with other anime characters right? At least tell me that Nagisa and Karma are there."

{Yes, husbands future friends are both still there. Kayano Kaede is also there, however, the other students were switched for others. Do you want to pursue Kayano?}

"No, I don't really have a great interest in her and I would rather make the ship of Kayano x Nagisa real."

He had almost reached the top of the mountain. He now guessed the reason why a mountain was there. Mainly because he noticed the gigantic barrier all around the whole thing and practically cut it off from the outside world, this barrier was also the reason why something so huge couldn't be seen from afar.

"This mountain seems to be made to keep whoever is on it away from the outside world and even Academy-city. However, I really doubt that this barrier can hold Koro-sensei here. Oh, now I get it, this barrier isn't made for the teacher, it is made for the students. The meaning of E-class is a bit different from the anime after all. Some "problem students" should still be placed there to keep them away from making problems but the more important ones are others: The "Special" students are placed here… With children who have very strong or destructive powers there might be a few that need to be contained. I hope that not all of my future class-mates are potential mass-murderers or people with so much power that they could accidentally kill me … At least there should be a few cute girls… I trust in God that he made the class mostly female. Don't betray me, please."

Yami smiled a little at the message, it had been a little while since he had heard from God.

Shaking his head at God's whims Yami decided to just go along, if he could make Points this easily why not? Following now was something that everybody totally loved: Shouting exposition without context.

"Whatever, I'm just going to talk about this city since Yoshimura was kind enough to explain a bit about it to me. The land/country of Japan is gigantic, it is based on Japan from the old world, however, this one is bigger than any other country. Yami didn't know the exact details, however, it was bigger than what America, Russia and China would be together. It is also called a continent on its own. Japan is a land where all kinds of different people and anime are coming together. On that note something should be mentioned; there is only one language! Or rather, there is one language that everyone is able to speak, at least in Japan from what I know. There are of course also other kinds of languages, but that's no problem. It seems that I have an auto-translation ability, so there is still no problem even if the people speak a normally foreing language. But to make it easier for everyone from different civilizations the cities are not named but have letters like city A, B, E, G, U and so on. I'm currently in the capital, the biggest and most important city, A-City. It is based on Tokyo and it is also called Tokyo by people who don't want to refer to it with the name "A-City". I don't know if the DxD-plot was transferred from originally Kuho to Tokyo now, but I will probably know at some point in the future. For now I'm too weak to stick my head into the business of the demons. Since this is the capital it is normal that the most important things are in Tokyo, such as Academy-city. But since God sent me here, I believe that the most stuff is going to happen in this place. For now I can just go along with my daily life, complete the quests and scenarios that the system is giving me and try to become stronger. Without sufficient strength I can't do anything.``

Yami could now see the building anyways. It was really nothing special, just a wooden school-building. However, he knew that even if he tried to destroy those walls with full force, they wouldn't even have a crack on them. With "special" students with super-powers attending this building, it would be a great hassle to always rebuild it after some incident happened. There were probably different strong enchantments or spells or something on those walls. The building looked very plain but it had its own charm.

"It is definitely bigger and better than in the anime, but not comparable with the other faculties. Simple is often better than too glamorous and gigantic. Hey, not like I'm complaining."

Yami wasn't worried about being late. Although the classes in Academy-City had already started, the E-Class started later and finished later than the others. One could say that it was considerate since the students needed to go up a fricken mountain every day, but Yami guessed that it was so that E-class didn't meet or interact with other students on the way to- ,or back, from school.

It was near the start of the school-year, but the school had already started several weeks ago. Meaning that the students and Koro-Sensei already know each other and had probably already established a few groups. Getting into such already closed groups is something very hard that Yami already disliked from his previous life.

He looked around while thinking about all that stuff. There was a very big field for P.E. or something like that. And the word big was really fitting. Yami guessed that students would probably fight on it for fun or even in the classes. In this world fighting and duels were pretty much common. There were a lot of stadions in which fights were held just like boxing in Yami's previous world. Normal sports are boring if there are some beings that have super-strength and so on. The boring part was also something that applied to the entertainment-industry, Action-films are almost non-existent since well, the outside world was more action than any film Yami had seen in his last life. Romance and comedy were the biggest genre in fact.

"I'm kinda getting distracted… I'm about to enter the E-class and meet anime-characters with whom I will probably spend quite a bit of time. I really hope that there aren't some too "special" people in this "special"-class… I'm currently too weak to do literally anything if one of the OP people did something "funny" to me."

Yami shuddered at all kinds of possibilities.

"I really need to get stronger. The best way would be leveling-up, but with level 10 I will be sent to SAO… I should first look at the class and decide my further steps according to the given situation. Because I will be downgraded to a normal player I can't really get any advantages in waiting longer."

Finally getting over with his monologue, Yami went inside the building. It was bigger and had more rooms than in the anime, but it was still very easy to find the class-room. Mainly because there was a lot of sound coming from there.

He slid open the door and looked at the few students in the classroom. Especially six females and three males.

The students all looked at the new person with different expressions, or didn't look at all.

Yami however had only one thought.

[Oh fuck! I'm surrounded by psychopaths and sociopaths… Great and hot ones at that.]
