GodLand pt. 2

Zeus: Now, you're probably wondering what I mean by partnership. I'll summarize it for you.

Kano was trying to get a few words out but it seemed like he was compelled to keep his mouth shut. Zeus continued.

Zeus: There is such a thing called God Land. God Land is a dimension that was created by The Almighty Being and it is designed to be a stage. It is a stage on which Gods battle each other. Gods can choose to battle for different reasons but most choose to battle for mainly two reasons. Most of the Gods choose to enter the battle in order to gain power. Many egocentric Gods often work alone or keep to themselves, they pursue power only for themselves. Other Gods, usually ones under the same religion or culture usually band together in groups. If they manage to win on the stage, they wish for power to be bestowed upon their entire group. That is what most of the Gods do.

Zeus: There is also another section of Gods that differ in their objectives. Some Gods wish to be reincarnated because in one way or another, their flesh bodies have perished. Usually being killed by another God, no normal person could kill a God's flesh body.

Zeus: Well, I told you what God Land is and why the Gods fight but I didn't tell you how they fight. This is where you come in Kano. The Gods choose representatives and these representatives fight for the Gods. In return, as well as the God receiving a wish, the representative will receive a wish as well. The Almighty Being is very kind and generous you know... But about the fighting, I'll tell you more of that as we go along. Now, I'll give you some time to speak, you can ask me 3 questions.

Kano's lips that seemed to be sealed for the longest time..... just effortlessly parted. His voice poured out like honey, there was no hindrance.

Kano looked around but he couldn't make anything out. He was also still shaken up from shifting dimensions and he couldn't make it to his feet just yet. He thought long and hard, he only had 3 questions available, he needed to know what was more important to him.

Kano: First question. When will I go back home to my family? I want specifics.

Zeus smiled in delight.

Zeus: So I've chosen a family man this time, I am pleasantly surprised. After we win God Land you are free to go home. The time and space in God Land operate under different rules. In God Land it will feel like at least 1000 years but only 1 year on Earth will have passed in that time. Are you satisfied with that answer?

Kano: Yes...
