"Way to the East Country"

Zhou Tai-Yang exuded an aura of pure hatred and fury.

"Zhou Tai-Yang!"Liu Jian Yi whispered back away.

She looked around and saw many there already passing out from the pressure.

"Damn!" She looked at Xu Jiang Ning and he held himself still.

What was he doing?

Zhou Tai-Yang clenched his fist and was preparing to advance against Long Tian.

"I'll kill you!"

"It doesn't surprise me." Long Tian was releasing a blue aura.

Zhou Tai-Yang then advanced on Long Tian, but he was quick to put his hands on the ground.

An ice path emerged from his hands and followed it to Zhou Tai-Yang until it reached him and paralyzed his feet.

"Your...!"

"Ice Style?!" Huang Mei looked at Long Tian in surprise.

The ice began to climb up Zhou Tai-Yang's body and paralyze him. However, when the ice reached halfway, it began to melt.

Long Tian noticed that Zhou Tai-Yang was giving off so much heat that he was starting to melt the ice.

Zhou Tai-Yang then freed himself and lunged at Long Tian preparing a flame-encased punch. Long Tian jumped away just as Zhou Tai-Yang would hit him and an explosion sound was heard and smoke rose fading with Zhou Tai -Yang inside.

Everyone was watching attentively, and when the smoke stopped, Zhou Tai-Yang was in the middle of a large crater and his hand was stuck in the ground.

Zhou Tai-Yang then looked at Long Tian with red eyes and again stepped forward.

Long Tian dodged all of Zhou Tai-Yang's attacks and counterattacked with wind attacks.

Zhou Tai-Yang jumped back as Long Tian threw a blade of wind at him, cutting through the ground. Zhou Tai-Yang responded with another blade of fire and the shock rose a large column of fire in the center of the arena.

Both continued to exchange blows for quite some time.

"Zhao Kuan! We have to do something." Huang Mei said. "This is going too far!"

"Mei Lin..." Zhao Kuan spoke calmly. "Trust Long Tian."

Huang Mei looked at him apprehensively.

It's not that she didn't trust Long Tian, but she didn't trust Zhou Tai-Yang.

He wasn't someone who took a challenge just for sport.

Long Tian then dodged another attack from Zhou Tai-Yang and in the first opening he got, he grabbed Zhou Tai-Yang by the shoulders.

Long Tian then began to release a large amount of Yin energy.

The pressure immediately dropped and all that hot aura exhaled from Zhou Tai-Yang was neutralized.

Everyone was now feeling a strong cold wind and a white aura surrounded Long Tian's body.

“My body…!” Zhou Tai-Yang felt that Yin energy pass through Long Tian's body and penetrate into his.

Immediately he understood what Long Tian was doing.

Both had opposite energies!

"How does he...?!"Zhou Tai-Yang then realized that his divine core was almost empty.

He hadn't realized he had released so much energy and now Long Tian was taking advantage of his weakness.

“Argh!” Zhou Tai-Yang felt the Yin energy enter his body like cold needles.

He then looked at Long Tian who was staring at him and suddenly his mind disappeared...

Zhou Tai-Yang was in deep darkness.

"Where I... Where am I...?

"Grr..."

A noise behind him caught his attention.

Zhou Tai-Yang looked back and saw giant, dark scales emerge from the darkness.

Gradually that giant figure was appearing and appearing more and more.

"I-Impossible!"

Zhou Tai-Yang was looking at the figure of a dragon that stared at him with the same cold blue eyes...

"Urgh!" Zhou Tai-Yang jumped out of bed.

"Finally you woke up." Xu Jiang Ning said.

"What?"Zhou Tai-Yang looked around and he was lying on a bed.

Xu Jiang Ning was there beside him.

"Where I am?"

"In the infirmary."

"What happened?"

"You passed out." Xu Jiang Ning said calmly.

"What? Did I faint?" Zhou Tai-Yang was still confused by what had happened.

At one point he was fighting Long Tian, then a dragon appeared and all of a sudden he was in the infirmary.

"Long Tian knocked you out." Xu Jiang Ning said.

"What?!" Zhou Tai-Yang stood up in disbelief.

Xu Jiang Ning looked at Zhou Tai-Yang for long seconds. He let out a long breath and then stood up.

"Zhou Tai-Yang..." He walked over to the redhead and stood in front of him. "When are you going to learn?"

Xu Jiang Ning suddenly then landed a punch on Zhou Tai-Yang that knocked him back onto the bed.

"Are you crazy?!" Zhou Tai-Yang said puzzled by that.

He didn't expect Xu Jiang Ning to hit him.

"You are no longer a child Zhou Tai-Yang!" Xu Jiang Ning said. "You know very well why we are here!"

Xu Jiang Ning then grabbed Zhou Tai-Yang by the shirt and held him up to face him with a murderous look.

It was the first time that Zhou Tai-Yang had seen a frightening face in Xu Jiang Ning.

"Then don't screw it up...Or I'll kill you."

Three weeks had passed since the event.

Long Tian after that was isolated in the courtyard and even when Huang Mei or Zhao Kuan, even Lord Long or someone else in the house tried to contact him, he ignored it.

But finally the three weeks had passed.

Huang Mei and Zhao Kuan had been looking at Long Tian with curiosity since they left Long Mansion.

He looked the same as always, but he was quieter.

Zheng Xi-Wang however, was not caring at all about that, after all, as everyone there knew, Long Tian as well as they were training a lot, and like her, he didn't like to be bothered.

As per Li Ming-Yue's instructions, they would travel to the East Country, where they would find the portal to the Forest of Mists.

Huang Mei, Zhao Kuan, Long Tian and Zheng Xi-Wang were very apprehensive as they would be in enemy territory.

Lord Long and Emperor Huang had already been communicated.

Accompanied by Huang Mei, Zhao Kuan, Long Tian and Zheng Xi-Wang were some elite experts trusted by Emperor Huang and other spies from the Long House.

They could not clearly see them, but they knew they were following them and would enter the country in search of information.

That would be a long mission.

In seven days, they would be in the East Country.
