Chapter Seven:Socco Villiage Auction house and DeadFish Cabin.

Walking around the villiage for a little bit, I decide to go to the auction house, but as if reading my thoughts,Li Wei turns to me and says.

"Young master, the auction house won't be open today, but it will be open tomorrow."

Confused, I ask.

"Why won't it be open today? I was looking forward to going to my first ever auction!"

"Well, they usually wait a day or two to see if they can find any better things to auction off."

"Huh, well, okay, that makes sense."

I say to him, totally not understanding what he said seeing as I have never been to an auction in my life, here in this world and back on earth.

Seeing Li Wei looking at me as if im stupid, I ask him, again, confused.

"What? You need something?"

After staring at me for a few more minutes, he shakes his head, and smiles, as he says.

"No, its just that.....you are so much different now than you were twelve years ago, the time I last saw you, it's almost as if....you've lost your memories. And to answer your question, they usually wait a day to make sure they have enough things to auction off."

"Hmmm, is that so? Well, to me, this is the first time I've ever have seen you."

After conversing for a little while more, we stop at an inn going by the name 'Flying Dreams Inn', and enter.

Immediately after entering, I had to duck down to dodge a flying chair that was thrown across the room by a giant and burly black man.

Seeing Li Wei about to get angry and possibly kill the man, and as I am about to go and calm him down, the black man walks over to us, and as he bows to us, he says.

"Two sirs, I am sorry that I almost hit you, let me make it up to you by paying for your rooms."

Hearing this, Li Wei calms down, as he looks towards the burly man, and says.

"Thank you."

Shuddering at his monotonous voice, the burly black man says.

"My name is Ryan, now, if you would here for a moment while I go pay for your rooms."

Seeing him scutter away to pay for us, I look towards Li Wei, and ask.

"After paying for this inn, what do you think we should do next? Seeing as it's almost night and that the auction starts tomorrow at noon, what should do tomorrow before to past the time?"

"Hmmm, well, we could always visit DeadFish Cabin."

Seeing the confused look on my face, Li Wei sighs, and starts to explain.

"DeadFish Cabin is basically just a code name for the organization that runs the underground fighting and gambling sites all over this continent. Nobody knows their real name or where there base is, but we do know that they are one of the strongest powers on this continent."

After conversing a little bit as we wait on the burly black man named ryan to pay for both of our rooms, he finally comes back with two different keys in his hand.

"Here you are sirs, I have paid for your rooms, and sorry if they aren't of your quality, they were the last rooms available, but even if they weren't, I probably wouldn't have been able to get a different one, as I don't have a lot of money left."

He says as he hands us the key, and walks away, back to the table that I saw him get up from earlier when he threw that chair.

Walking upstairs towards our rooms which happen to be right across from eachother, we enter, and after seeing the insides of it, I sigh, remembering that im not on earth anymore, where even the worsts of hotels aren't that, unenthusiastic?

The room is a total mess, as a woman in a maid outfit is laying on the bed.

Walking over to her, she asks me.

" Hello, boy. I'll be your maid for the night."

Looking at her, im shocked. How much money did that man have to pay to get 'personal maids' for us?

The next day, after having a refreshing night, I woke up because of a knock at the door. Getting up out of bed, I yell " Hold on!" as I get dressed. After getting dressed, I walk over to the door and open it.

"Young master, come, lets go, the auction will be starting in a few hours.

"Right."

Leaving the inn, and with Li Wei leading the way, we reach the supposed place where all sorts of illegal and underground gambling and fighting.

A church.

We are at a church. Looking at Li Wei with a face full of doubt, I start to question.

"Are you sure that we are at the right place,Li Wei? I mean, seriously? A church?"

"Well, they are supposed to be hiding, and seeing as you don't believe that there would be anything else other than just a church here, than I guess that they are doing a good job."

Entering the church, a man in robes comes up to us and asks.

"Are you here to do prayer, or to try and reach our god?"

Looking at the man, Li Wei says.

"I want to fight some devils."

With a glint in eyes, the man waved for us to follow. Coming up to a wall, the man started chanting a few words as he puts his head against the wall

"Welcome, to DeadFish Cabin."

After bowing to us, the man leaves. After enter, the wall behind us starts to close up,

After walking down a few twisting and winding corridors, we start hear loud yells filled with anger, some with joy, happiness and excitement.

After entering through a large door, I pause from seeing the sheer amount of people.

Looking around, I see multiple poker table, fighting rings, and betting areas.

'So this is what DeadFish Cabin looks like!'
