"Guys, is Alex here?" she chirped, her voice carrying through the small dorm.

Yunus, Marco, and Duny all pointed accusing fingers towards Alex, who was still lay on his bed overthinking with his responsibility.

"Huh?" Alex blurted

"Alex, come here to our room!" Eve announced, her voice brimming with urgency.

With a sigh, Alex rose from his bed and followed Eve through the connecting doorway into their room. June stood near the entrance, her usually serene face etched with a hint of distress.

"Alex," June began, gesturing towards the room's interior, "can you take out the cockroaches?"

Alex blinked, his confusion deepening. "There are... cockroaches?" he stammered, peering into the room.
