First Kill!

"Byakugan!" With a none restraint shout, I activated the most crucial part of my body. The mysterious eyes which seemed nothing to focus about in my previous life. Seriously, having Sharingan and Rinnegan on the show who would have focused on the see-through peeping innate skill.

Well, I knew it contained enormous potential but handling it, in reality, does feel what mysteries it hides and how far I could take it.

No BS, but seriously using Byakugan every time I feel I could see far beyond the previous time. Could evaluate various things which physically no human can, even with the most advanced technology. Not to mention the natural alertness it provides to my senses.

Currently, I was inside my room trying to focus on my eyes while doing normal work like changing sheets and throwing craps. It's not like I was taking my skills lightly or something, more like I wanted to get used to this feeling as soon as possible. This slight nauseous and overwhelmedness never goes away but recently it has been started fading little by little.

I have been training for almost a quarter of my day. Reducing my hour of sleep and increasing the utility of the work I have to go through on a chore basis. It might not sound so cool but adjusting to my new schedule does take a toll on me. Not only that but my increased consumption also has started getting noticed. Not like Dayun or Ajumma complained more so they were happy about me eating like a wolf, but still, I think I should do something about it.

One thing I have noticed is that except for the Nari in the gym who often provokes me through various means, nothing sort of problematic event has happened. Since I knew the plot I dodged the scenario where Dayun meets Shin Yuna and gets kidnapped. I mean I ain't a sadist who would let his sister get kidnapped so he could fight some regular goons.

*Knock*

"Ijin!" I heard ajumma from the other side of the door but for some reason, her usual tone was replaced with anxiousness which brought my eyes back in a blink before I dashed toward the door.

"Ajumma?" I saw my beautiful aunt in a state of slight panic. Her heartbeat was also a little irregular making me a little frown too.

"Dayun...she...she went out and.." I didn't wait for her to say anymore before taking my phone out and scrolling through my contact and calling Dayun.

[The number you have dialed is either out of co-]

My face darkened in an instant before I turned toward ajumma.

"When she left?"

"An hour ago. She said a friend of hers asked to meet at a nearby cafe." My heart grew colder as I heard with my mind went blank for a moment.

But I knew freezing here won't be helpful in any meaningful way and even if we were chatting here Dayun could be in danger.

"Stay here Ajumma! Don't go out whatever happens and keep your phone on," I said while rigidly holding her shoulder so my words could register in her mind completely. Stupefied she nodded before I jumped off the railing and landing on the ground floor before exchanging my shoes and darting off the house.

_____________..._____________

On a lonely street where slight illumination of nearby stores and partially lighted residence, could be seen stood a boy not more than the age of 18 with his right arm wounded and scratches over his clothe describing that something not-so-pleasant happened.

He was Koh-Sukjoo.

"Yes! Trace Yuna's location from the east perimeter toward the west city outlets. Surveillance through traffic security. I want information about every single vehicle moving at the moment!" His voice was ragged but his mind was serene as water. Being trained for so long, he has adapted to a situation like this but it doesn't mean he ever welcomed it.

"Koh-Sukjoo". A blood vaporizing tone resounded in the young man's ear before he turned toward it with his guard pulled in an instant.

Upon noticing that the caller was one of his classmates he didn't say anything just waited for the other party to speak.

" Where is my sister." Ijin was standing about 5 meters away from Sukjoo and the intent of his voice gave a slight shiver to the latter one.

"She...I will find her and Yuna too...ah-" Sukjoo just closed his eyes for an instant as he confessed in a little shame how he wasnt able to protect Yuna and Dayun, but when he lifted his lid, every single fiber of his body tensed up.

Ijin was standing just some inches apart from him with his deathly piercing gaze fixed at Sukjoo as if he would devour him wholly. The feeling of fret and helplessness overwhelmed Sukjoo before something reached his ear that he might not forget for the rest of his life.

"If anything happens to Dayun, then I will make sure to compensate by destroying the whole SW group thoroughly and personally gush out each of your internals before I stop. So just pray Koh-Sukjoo, that my sister isn't harmed."

______...______

After the confrontation, Ijin didn't ponder there much before he went back home however, not through the main door but window. He knew meeting his aunt at the moment would only make her more worried.

He didn't waisted a single ounce of second before turning his PC on and opting into a specific software that he himself had developed.

"Found you!". It took him only 3 minutes before a devilish grin formed on his face as he jumped out his window as he came inside.

Walking into an alley Ijin halted his feet as well as every muscle of his body like someone clicked pause on him. But only he knew what was brewing inside him.

" Haaaa!" The air exhaled out of his mouth seemed extra heavy as he closed his eyes and regulated his breathing. For normal perception, he breathed like that only for 3 seconds but for him, it was more than enough to prepare himself.

"Hupp!" With a slow grunt, he jumped over the wall which barricaded the alley, in a single push. Gravity seemed a little partial for him as the 10+ feet wall didn't seem unnatural for him to jump and walk on. Not only hopping onto the wall, he even started speeding up without wasting another blink.

Slowly he started speeding up and not minding whether he would be caught by surveillance or not, he darted in the direction he have saw over his monitor a minute ago.

It was somewhat amazing and surreal how he memorized the perfect coordinates of the place he was heading right now in just one glance. He wasnt aware of the city's geographical features but his continuous movements said otherwise.

If it was daytime then some eyes might catch him running in an inhumane over buildings and houses but at the moment he was like a shadow who didn't know anything but his destination.

It took him 7 minutes to reach the northeast abandoned port site whose perimeter was barricaded for a year because of governmental reasons. The area was dark with some light from nearby ships and lighthouses. Of course, the scene looked like somewhere that a normal person would prefer to stay away from as the darkness seemed more terrifying in this certain corner of the city.

Ijin halted his feet after reaching the place where he could gawk at the port site. Three shipment containers were piled at a corner that had a height of more than 25ft on which this teenage boy was positioned with an unfazed face. A soft wind blew by his ear as his hair over the forehead left its place, showing the slight sweat forming on his skin.

Taking a quick break he regulated his breathing but doesn't discontinue it. After all, things haven't ended yet.

'Byakugan!' The raven irises took a faded shader until moon-like witness spreaded over them with his optical nerves enhancing quite folds and veins around his eyes poping out noticeably.

'..36..38..40.' A total of 40 men was present all over the place ranging from the entrance of the port to the deepest corner of the base. He wasnt able to perceive what was behind the thick wall at the farthest corner as he still was far from mastering his skills yet.

There was something that made Ijin surprised and slightly tense. From his memories, he was expecting the goons to carry melee weapons like knives or short swords but each one of them had a rifle hanging around their neck.

And not something to leave out, every one of them was quite alert with their index connected with the trigger of their babies, so they could caress it even on a single sound.

Ijin knew something was changing but he didn't ponder over it. He knew what he had to do and he have trained himself for it. But this light anxiousness of failing made his heart heavy and muscles tensed. How much power he gets and how he has trained, he was only a normal boy who hasn't seriously fought a single person in his previous life. Moreover armed men...

*Slap*

"Talk about pathetic..." Muttering under his breath Ijin resolved himself that if he didn't take the step right now then his life wouldn't be worth living anymore. The family he has so much craved for was in danger and being hesitant here made him feel ashamed to the core.

"Whatever goes..." With his breath getting circulating at a constant he fixed his gaze upon his first target.

*Tap*

Upon landing from that height his feet made the minimal sound of a snap of a finger before tapping on the shoulder of the first man. But before the man could turn his neck on just his instincts, Ijin forcibly crunched his neck in the same direction the person was about to turn.

*Crack*. With a bubblesheet popping sound the man's consciousness faded as well as the life force from his body. Ijin didn't let the lifeless body fall and carried it in between two containers to not raise a commotion.

'39 to go.' The weak-willed Ijin vanished all of a sudden with a glint of murderous intent raging in his raven eyes at the moment. It seemed like the merge of two souls, one who got recently added and one who have lived in the body until some days ago, was slowly syncing as the body fought more battles.

Swiftly, Ijin went toward the next gunman who was across the lane on the other side of the container. Ijin used his special eyes to perceive in which way he was walking before jumping over the container and landing just over his shoulder.

Before the victim could have reacted because of the foreign weight over his shoulder which was making his legs weak, his vision ferociously turned slantly before his life came to an end.

'38 more...'

One after another he started wiping every man in the same manner. Twisting their neck while keeping himself hidden. He was confident that each person whoever he have killed, wouldn't have seen his face even at the time of death.

'24 to go...' As he assaulted the gunners in a definite manner he started having a premonition that some people have joined the fray.

'Quite slow huh...' He didn't stop or more like he didn't care.

*Crack*

"HEY!!!" A slight distraction and he lost his spree of silent killing.

"Fuck!!" He was 20 meters away from the man who just shouted and was two seconds away from firing the first bullet of Daewoo K11 when Ijin used every ounce of strength in his leg before approaching a straight arrow toward the person.

"KHAK!!" His first. Ijin's bare fist penetrated the torso of the man whose finger never reached the trigger as Ijin snatched the gun away while pulling the belt which eventually pulled the gunner's body giving the extra momentum to Ijin's fist.

Ijin's eyes were wide as he felt internal of the man he just stabbed. Fortunately, the man wasnt able to shout for some definite reason which gave Ijin some time to collect himself before he killed the half-dead man.

'Fuck! It's gross!' He swayed his hand to wipe the blood off before he heard a footstep rushing toward him. Activating his Byakugan he noticed the rest 12 men were gathering at a place for some reason.

Soon a grin formed on Ijin's face as he realized the reason for this get-together.

'Thanks for the souvenir.' He found the black vest-wearing people probably from the SW group approaching the side where the group of these 12 were waiting precisely for them to come into their line of sight.

Ijin wasnt here to clean the mess nor he was a righteous hero who would take bad people as his enemy and save the world kind of BS.

He took the opportunity and rushed toward the compartment made up of pure metal and where his destination was set from the point he entered here.

_____________..._____________

"I am sorry Dayun for dragging you in all this. I shouldn't have met you out of the school." Sunbae apologized for the third time after we got here.

Right at the moment, I and my senior were in a dark room with slight illumination coming through the window above us. An hour or so ago, I and Sunbae were chatting at the nearby cafè when people wearing strange clothes around their mount forcibly brought us here. Since I knew Subae's background, this kind of situation didn't surprise me much but by no means it was true that I wasnt scared.

"It's okay Subsea. It's not like you wanted this either so stop blaming yourself. " I know I was just taken along with Subae but it wasn't like that she had anything to do with it.

However, I much I reassure her and look calm, I was scared to death. I have never been taken like this ever before. Even when I was getting bullied, they never tried to pick me up like this. Not to mention the main boss who just came to notify us about the deal between sunbae's grandfather.

But one thing was making me worried the most...

'Aunt and oppa must be worried...' This wasn't the first time that I have felt something like this but this time, it was different.

*Slick*

With a slight screeching sound, the entrance of this dark room shot opened with a figure walking toward us. My back started tensing with an inaudible gulp passing my throat.

The man with a scar across his face who just came some minutes ago again stood right in front of us with an irritated look this time. He had a pistol and small knife too which could end our lives whenever he desires.

My body was visibly shivering with pupils unable to aim at a single spot.

"It seems your old man doesn't love you that much eh..." He pulled out his small gun from the side of his belt and started inspecting it.

Tears started building in my eyes with cold sweat continuously dripping at different corners of my body. I was terrified like this for the first time in my life.

"D-dont do anything with Dayun. The one you want is me!!" I heard Subae's harsh tone which despite being nervous never faltered. But I was in no mind to praise her courage as my whole reasoning was collapsing with my mind feeling the chills of what was coming.

"Do you think I give a shit about that! Your men have killed my boys without asking and you expect me to leave that bitch alone before I fuckin kill you! Hahaha, I can't even laugh." As he said he pulled the gun from the top and that mere sound was everything to push me to the edge.

I closed my eyes and waited for my death. I do have various things which I would regret not achieving in my life but I was happy that before my death I was able to reunite with my brother.

'My Oppa'.

...

...

...

"Hmmm?" The sound of a gun firing never came to my senses and upon lifting my eyelids I realized the reason.

Heavy rainfall started pouring down in an instant as I saw the scene in front of me. That uncontrollable sense of helplessness and this sudden fulfilling dream-like reality overwhelmed me completely.

In the middle of all this whirlwind of emotions, only one word was able to escape my throat.

"Oppa".
