But suddenly, a notification popped up in front of Axle as he was laughing like a fool by himself.

'Wait what?! Level up…?' Axle's eyes widened and he was reminded of the three counters in his system.

His MP points. His Level. And the System Level.

'How can I level up…?'

[ Use 200 MP to level up to level 1? ]

'Oh- Using MP huh?' Axle hummed in amusement as he rested his cheek on his palms, 'I had 1200 MP but I used 100 for the make-over. I should keep at least about 200 MP for spare, so I have over 900 to spend.'

Axle stroked his chin and nodded, 'Level-Up.'

[ Host: Axle has levelled up to level one.

Main Quests are unlocked. ]

The system panel lit up with a bright light and suddenly Axle's MP balance went down to 900 MP.

[ Main Quest has arrived! ]

[ Requirement- Reach level 5

Reward- System level upgrade to 1 (unlocks new powers) ] 

Two more notifications beeped in front of Axle's eyes who read them carefully. 

'I have about 700 more MP to use, so let's see.' Axle hummed, 'System, how much for levelling up again?'

[ Level up to level 2 for 300 MP ]

[And level up from level 2 to level 3 for 400 MP ] 

[Total MP from level one to level 3 needed: 700 MP ]

'Oh come on, my dear system~ We have been together for so long, how about you change the price for me a bit?' Axle rubbed his palms together like a sleazy merchant.

[ … ]

[ Okay, Host. Just for you. ]

Axle smirked in victory as he looked at the next panel.

[ Total MP from level one to level 3 needed: 1000 MP ]

[ Special price for the host. ] 

'Nevermind…' Axle gave a deadpan look to his system and decisively used his 700 MP to level up to LVL-3.

[ Host: Axle has levelled up to level three. ]

[ You have received a new task. Difficulty – E ]

[ Y/N ] 

Axle quickly selected the Yes option as he had now got another good reason to collect MP. Earlier, MP were only useful for some things such as changing appearance and becoming stronger. But now, by levelling up Axle can finally dabble in the secrets about his system.

Starting with, the goal of completing his Main Quest!

'…' Axle stared blankly at the task. Did his system seriously doubt him about those psychopathic traits such as bestiality and necrophilia?! 

'What the fuck is this faulty system?!' Axle cried in his mind while decisively ignoring the system's jabs. He kept his cheeks on his palm and began to think about a suitable plan for this task.

'Best plan is naturally meeting Karma.' Axle stroked his chin, 'We are already in a relationship, although online, and she also has quite a favourable impression of me. I just need to visit Pearl City, and then I can complete this task in a few days at max.

But, what about my school that starts tomorrow? I don't think I can afford more leaves without getting backlash from staff or parents.' Axle sighed in annoyance.

He used to take many leaves from school because of his depression, games, stress, drugs etc. So, getting more leaves would be really hard for him even if he does provide a fair excuse. Even cutting his hand again won't prove to be very helpful.

"Maddie, uh… easiest choice…" Axle looked deadpan at the contact information of a girl on his phone. She had long and curly brownish hair that looked like fried Maggi noodles and had formed a very… questionable pout with her lips in her profile picture.

With her showing off her slim tanned figure in a bikini and a questionable pout on her lips, anyone could easily term her as a 'pick-me' girl. The type who exists to seek male validation and tries her best to find a guy, but only repulses them all away because of her habits.

"Yeah no, let's leave her as the last resort." Axle swiped away her contact information and scrolled down, finding another girl named Lacie. She had blonde hair, which accurately described her inherently dumb brain.

She was a known fool in the class, but she was fun to kill time with and thus she didn't lack friends. But since she and Axle weren't close friends, Axle swiped her away too, continuing to eliminate more of his classmates till he was left with 3 final options.

First was naturally Linny as Axle wasn't ashamed to admit that she was sexy. And she wasn't even that rude, she was just playful in personality.

Second was Axle's ex-crush, Sarah. She was an average girl, but she had a warm and nice personality that had attracted Axle. But then he lost his crush on her when she proposed to Larry and got rejected.

As for the third, Axle hadn't expected this one at first, but it was actually Maria. His unexpected partner in crime, who appeared like a dork in school but secretly was quite a hottie.

'Sigh, this isn't even a choice. Linny is simply out of my puny status unless I go there in my Chad form.' Axle snickered, and he decided to call his current form Chad form which doesn't have an ounce of extra fat and was tall and lean. A simple lady killer.

But of course, Axle couldn't go in that form unless he wanted to be thrown in a lab and get researched upon. Not even the best plastic and body surgeries can cause such a drastic change to a person's body. So undergoing such change would naturally be suspicious.

'Sarah or Maria. Let's see what happens.' Axle smiled and lay on the bed, wanting to sleep without clothes since he always wanted to do that but wasn't able to because of his self-esteem.

But now with a body of male-god, Axle smirked and swiftly fell asleep.
