-Haruka POV-

"What are you doing here? Levi Ackerman." I was clearly surprised to see the person in front of me right now. What is he doing here?

"Well, you see, I came to meet you." He said that with a smile.

"If that's why you're here, you can leave. I don't even want to see you, and I don't have time to play around with your jokes." I said that with my boring expression and was ready to turn around to close the door.

"I'm not joking, and I'm really here to see you. Your mother asked me to rescue you and bring you back home." He continues talking.

"I'm sorry, Levi, but I don't see I'm in a condition that needs to be rescued. You can tell my mother that I don't want to go back yet. So please leave." Why did my mother send him, btw?

"Mr. Auclair, please, we need you in the company, or actually, I need you by my side. And I've been travelling from Paris for more than 24 hours. So, can you please let me stay here for a while?" This time, his voice goes soft, and the same goes for his usually cold expression.

"It's not my problem. Who asked you to do that? I don't even tell you to do that, so that's not my fault. If you plan to come here, you should find a place to stay first. You're a rich kid after all." I tried not to let my guard down and still refused to let him stay here.

RING!RING!

A ringtone on my phone rings, indicating a call from someone. It's my mother. Ugh, what is it this time?

"Haru-chan, has Levi arrived yet? He should arrive there by now, I guess. I invited Levi to stay at the villa, so you should welcome him as your guest and please treat him nicely. I'm not asking, but I'm telling you that you don't have the right to say no." My mother said it as if she's actually giving me an order.

"I told you I wanted to be alone for a while, yet you sent someone here, and not to mention it's Levi Ackerman. What are you thinking, mom?" Don't bother about Levi's presence in front of me, I just ask my mother. Well, he should know that I don't want him to be here right now. 

"And I can do whatever I want if that means saving my son, who's currently not sure about his heart." What? What kind of answer is that?

"Mom, did you take something bad today? I think you should…." Before I could finish, my mother cut me off.

"Anyway, I have something to do now, Haru-chan. Make sure to treat Levi well. I asked the guard to report everything to me so you wouldn't ask Levi to leave. Bye Haru-chan. See you soon." With that, my mother hung up. Seriously, I need to stay at this villa with Levi Ackerman now.

"What did the madam say?" Levi asks as soon as I finish the call.

"None of your business." I glare at him.

"I bet it was about me then." He says that while smirking at me. This guy.

"Then why bother to ask? Come in, it's freezing outside." With that, I left him to bring himself into the villa and make my way to the kitchen.

"Here, drink this. I don't really like tea, so I just make hot chocolate." I give a cup of hot chocolate to Levi, who is now sitting on the sofa in the living room.

"Thank you. You're not that cold-hearted, I guess." He said that, still with his smirk.

"I still know how to treat people nicely, and since my mother invited you, you're my guest here now. Wait here, I'll prepare the room for you." I didn't feel like looking at him, so I just left for the second floor.

 -20 minutes later-

I went down to the living room to call for Levi. He is now standing in the outside corridor, breathing in the cold breeze of the winter.

"Aren't you cold? Or are you trying to get sick here and now?" I make my steps towards him, and he looks at me with a smile. For a moment, I felt like my heart skipped a beat.

"I'm just trying to look around the villa." He said that while looking at me.

"Well, you can take a look as much as you want later. Come, let me show you your room." After saying that, I walked first, and he just followed behind me to the second floor.

"You'll be staying in this room while staying here. I have prepared everything you might need in here, and I have all the maids take their days off while I'm staying here. So, if you need anything, just let me know through text. Feel free to use anything in this villa." I said everything that I should say, and it's my time to leave now.

"Wait, where's your room?" He stopped me from leaving.

"You don't have to know where my room is. Just text me if you need anything." I glare at him. I want to avoid meeting him as much as possible while he's staying here.

"You know, what if an emergency happens and at that time you're not reading my text?" Levi is a smart guy, but right now I know he's just trying to make an excuse.

"There's no such thing as an emergency here, so get out of my way now." I said that coldly.

"I know, but I said what if? You know, we never knew what would happen in the future, right?" He's not giving up, and I feel like if I don't tell him, he's not going to let me go.

"My room is at the end of the hallway. Now you know, get out of my way." I glare at him, and I can see his lips forming a mischievous smile right now. This guy, really. Ugh.

"Alright, see you around then, Mr. Auclair." He smiles at me before closing the door in front of me. This jerk. Without wasting any time, I stomp to my bedroom with a pissed-off face. Why should I live with this jerk here now, ugh?

//SKIP//

Here I am, standing on the bridge in front of the beach. Oh, I forgot to mention that the villa has a bridge that connects to the beach directly. It's winter here, so it's a bit cold. But it is worth it for this beautiful view.

"You told me not to be outside because it's cold, but yet you're standing here alone without covering yourself properly." A very familiar voice. Who else if it's not Levi? He's the only one staying here with me now. I didn't even look at him, and suddenly I felt a hand putting on a jacket on me.

"You're going to catch a cold." He said that, looking at me with a sweet smile.

Ba-thump.

What is it? Did my heart just skip a bit again? Get a hold of yourself, Haruka.

"I don't get cold that easily." I glare at him.

"Says someone who got cold just because he let a few drops of rain catch him." He chuckles. He's clearly teasing me now. Either way, I'm amazed he still remembers that.

"I know my body better than you. Tch." Why is this so good at pissing people off every time?

"You should. Well, this place has a very beautiful beach; no wonder you like it living here, huh?" He said that with his gaze towards the sea, admiring the beautiful scenery here. I don't know if he could make an expression like that too.

"There's another place that is much more beautiful than this, and I'm planning to bring you there. Just don't think I'm doing this for you; it's just that since you're here and it's not easy to get there, I thought I should bring you there just in case. Well, one thing is for sure: you're not going to regret it. That's all, so don't you even think I had another motive." I don't know how to explain it to him, so I'm just saying what came to mind. 

"Haha, you're funny, Mr. Auclair. I don't care what you say. But for me, as long as we're here alone together, I will count every second we spend together as a date." He said that with a mischievous smile. I swear he really has the talent to piss people off.

"Whatever! The helicopter will arrive soon, so we'll just go once it's here. You don't have to bring anything, we're going to be there until sunset only." Ignoring what he said earlier, I tried to change the topic.

"Flying on a helicopter together sounds more like a date for me."He keeps teasing me. This guy, seriously, I'm not going to spend my time with him alone again after this.

"Think whatever you want. I don't care." I'm tired of dealing with him already. I just hope the helicopter will arrive soon, and yeah, finally, it will.

"Let's go." I said it with a cold tone, and he just followed me from behind with his smirk.

15 minutes later

"We arrived." I said that as soon as the helicopter landed.

"Finally, let's spend our sweet time together, shall we?" He smirks and gets off the helicopter, and so do I.

"You're not lying. This place is really beautiful." He said that, and for a moment, I felt like my heart really stopped.
