A week later.
In a room, a beautiful lady faced the mirror while few footsteps could be heard moving back and forth.
"Wow your skin is smooth love, don't worry you gonna get him paralyzed" her Make-up artist kept enchanting.
"Isn't paralyzing him too serious for just a make-up" she said half jokingly.
"Oh come on honey, we both know it's your wedding day you should be blinding him with your beauty, you know?" he was adamant.
"Okay fine but let's keep his eyes so he can clearly see while walking me to the altar" she suggested which made them laugh.

In another room a man's hair was being styled backwards.
"Woah bro you look good in that black suit."
"Thanks Williams you look good in yours as well" James complimented him back.
"Congratulations man I'm happy for you" he hugged him. "I'm sorry about Chris, we both know why he's like that"
"Nah.. it's cool besides I'm sure he is happy, he is just feeling bad because I'm leaving the bachelorhood for you guys." He said proudly.
"Wow at least there will be no alcohol at midnight on Saturday's or talking about girls anymore" he mocked and they chuckled.
"So your grandparents stayed back," he pointed out "I think it's going to rain today though," he said looking at his phone.
"I can't force them, I feel like they're running away from this country yet it's my wedding for God sake" he said in disappointment.
"Hey don't let it spoil your day. I'm sure those old bones are just weak to travel but I know they're happy for you without a doubt." He said soothing his mood.
"Yeah they did say that when they called a few minutes back" he agreed. "Geez, speaking of which my battery is low, I need to charge it, I also had no idea it was going to rain."
"Sir we are all set" a male voice called.
He looked at his reflection and nodded in satisfaction.
"Well then my friend, we can't keep the bride waiting" Williams spoke behind him.

( Theo's POV )
We were inside the car heading to the venue. The church was located almost at the outskirts of the city so we had to drive through a hill and further away before getting there.
Inside the car all I could do was view the photos we took together, a contend smile hanging on my lips.
He became my pillar, my rock, he taught me how to stand on my own, but he still held me up whenever I fell. He taught me how to appreciate life.
I reminisced about our first encounter, our first hug and our first kiss, everything was fast between us because of the undeniable attraction we had.
I frowned, I don't want things to be always fast between us. I would rather have a slow, steady and peaceful life with him than a rushed one.
I smiled remembering how blunt he was telling me of his feelings for the first time, he was always straightforward and that was one of the things I loved about him.
He was honest, telling you the truth even though it hurts, gosh I can't wait to be called his to everyone, he is my friend, my family, and fiancee.
I blushed thinking about our wedding consummation, he respected my decisions and never pressured me or bother me for sexual gratification even though we slept close and even cuddle. So knowing that my first time would be on my wedding night with that male God made me squeal inside.
Our car moved to the side in a quick motion startling me. "Would you take it easy? You might ruin her dress" my make-up artist hurried to speak.
"Ma'am I think we're being followed," he said with visible fear.
"W-What? by who?" I looked back and saw a black car... No wait. Two extra black cars came from behind us, making them three.
I was fidgeting about how this could probably happen, what do they want from me? "Are you sure about that..what do they want?" The artist asked in my stance.
"I don't know but they've been trailing behind us ever since we climbed the hill" he answered almost out of breath.
I reached for my phone with shaking hands when suddenly the first car drove while the two drove on our both sides ahead of us
leaving us in the middle.
'God please don't let anything happen to us' I kept praying. The car driving ahead of us blocked our view, stopping us from escaping.
I tried dialing a number but my fingers were like jelly.
"Ma'am I think I see a slim way of escaping" I looked ahead and saw the slim way, the car in front moved a little bit the right while driving giving us a slim way close to the edge.
Something was off about this arrangement and in the process of figuring out I got completely distracted from making the phone call, "I'm not sure we can make it, it's too close to the edge, any wrong move and we will fall down the hill." I voiced out in fear. Fear ripped my heart.
I didn't realize that my face was wet with tears or that the makeup artist was so dead silent holding onto my dress in fear.
"I can see the next tunnel ma'am, we should go for it" his voice was loud.
The car at our sides seemed to be enclosing us before hitting us, our car moved in zigzag. I felt so dizzy. I hurried dialed the number while sobbing hard.
It kept saying that the phone was down but I kept calling hoping for a miracle.
We at last made it pass the two cars, but we were now head to head with the next car. Now gving us no time to breathe, it hit us immediately. Pushing us to the edge but we luckily held on.
I held the sitbelt tighter than it held me. 'God please not now when I love life, not now when I have James.'
'Why' my body shook while I sob. I turn to look at the edge and got a glimpse of the artist who had already passed out.
I could see the driver's strong grasp on the steering. He was probably sweating, he coursed loudly looking at the front mirror and I followed his gaze just to see the car at our back ran fast towards us.
I closed my eyes. This was my ending, it pains me to know that I was right, only in novels and movies but in real life, there were no happy endings.
Feeling defeated I made a silent prayer 'God let him love again' I continued. I held my chest, hearing the speeding car from afar.. 'God hear the prayer of this unfortunate soul, help him to give love a try.
---
The cars came in contact and in no time their car stumbled twice before flying in the air and landed with a massive explosion.
Killing three people in an instant on a very important day. Marking that day, dark smoke covered up making the dark sky even darker. Then it started raining.
