Chapter 79

“Don’t twist this situation into your favour! I wouldn’t punch you if you hadn’t stripped me of my clothes!” Jennet growled at him.

“But, what is wrong about stripping my wife off her clothes? It’s a given for the husband to want to strip his wife,” Hue muttered.

“No, it’s wrong! In our context is wrong!” Jennet shouted. Her eyes grew bigger as she eyed him when he was about to spill his tears. “Don’t fake your tears just because I punch you. I know you’re scheming to bed me. I am not going to fall for that same trick!”

“Then, just let me die! My wife won’t even need me! There is no need for me to live now!” Hue cried as he sat down on the floor.

Jennet stood before him, eyeing him sternly. “Stupid, if you die now, you will only rot in hell!” she roared to his face.

Hue flinched on the floor when she snapped at him. He turned around facing his back on her and sulked. “Then, you shouldn’t get mad at me…” he grumbled.
